Modeling Research of Ridge-Till and No-Till Seeder Based on the Virtual Manufacturing Technology

Article Preview

Abstract:

A kind of ridge-till and no-till wheat seeder was developed according to the agricultural requirement of mulching with high maize stubbles. The three-dimensional models of the seeder were built with the software of Autodesk Inventor, including the frame, openers, reshaping devices, combined press roller and driving wheel devices. Reshaping devices were designed to reshape the former ridges, while combined press roller is used to press ridge sides and seeding zones simultaneously. Based on the parts modeling, the virtual assembly model of the ridge-till and no-till seeder was constructed, which can contribute to designing the simulation model of the seeder for dynamics analysis.
