Abstract: With the extensive application of composite materials in aircraft structure, the test technologies of strain gauge are more important. But the installed strain gauge must to be protected against some influence. Because the protecting-process of strain gauge affected the strain measuring results of composite structure. In this paper, the composite (T700/LT-03A) was selected to made specimens, and the three different protective agents: protective glue, protective grume and protective grummet were adopted. In order to identify influence of the different protecting processes on the measuring data accuracy, comparison of repeatability and linearity before-and-after measured strain data are served as test standard. The compared test results show that the different strain protecting processes adopted in strength test can make different results of the measuring data accuracy.

Abstract: Viscosity is very important for the high carbon steel for thin slab continuous casting, in this research the orthogonal experiment has been carried out, and the results showed that: the effect for the flux viscosity form strong to weak is: R>F>BaO>Na2O>MgO. and in the experiment range, with the R increasing, when the R is between 0.80 and 0.90, the flux viscosity is diminished slowly; but when the R is bigger than 0.90, the flux viscosity is diminished sharply; Na2O,MgO and F- could decrease the flux viscosity; BaO could lower the melting temperature of the flux to decrease the flux viscosity.

Abstract: Crystallization temperature is very important for the high carbon steel for thin slab continuous casting, in this research the orthogonal experiment has been carried out, and the results showed that: the effect for the flux crystallization temperature form strong to weak is: F>Na2O>R>BaO>MgO. In the experiment range, with the R, Na2O, MgO and F- content increasing, the flux crystallization temperature would be higher, but for the complicated infect of the Na2O and F-, there are some flucuations for the flux crystallization temperature, but for the BaO content increasing, the crystallization temperature of the flux would be decreasing slowly.

Abstract: SiO2 is a good performance of high temperature wave-transparent materials, but the impact of the material properties of the components of the wave through it there are some drawbacks. This study intended to determine the theoretical dielectric properties of this material. Based on Debye theory, describes the dielectric properties of the composite material at high temperature multi-scale model, discuss the impact of factors on the micro and mesoscopic dielectric properties.

Abstract: The organized vertex coordination of the triangular surfaces is obtained by the meshing method in the 3D kernel based developing environment. To optimize the flattened form, the energy method is used to find the reasonable unfolding scheme, which seeks the solution to minimize the deforming energy generated when flattening the triangular surfaces. This algorithm is not the fastest one, but the versatile one especially for the non-developable surface with a large bending degree. With the unfolding method and the 3D kernel environment, the 3D unfolding system for the arbitrary surface satisfying the requirements is constructed.

Abstract: Rupture of knee joint cruciate ligament in sports training and competition, need through the surgical method to reconstruction of ligament reconstruction function. Application of biological materials for cruciate ligament, can make patients get less disease waste, and allows the patient knee joint activities immediately after treatment, is beneficial to the rehabilitation of patients. Cruciate ligament graft materials including autograft, allograft ligament ligament and artificial ligament. Autologous tissue reconstruction of knee joint cruciate ligament with bone patellar tendon bone and semitendinosus graft, many complications of bone patellar tendon bone graft, semitendinosus and gracilis tendon transplant will affect the joint function. Allogenic ligament materials mainly include bone patellar tendon bone and four femoral head allograft tendon bone, shortage of material is not completely kill bacteria and viruses. Artificial ligament material divided into permanent ligament, ligament and ligament scaffold material framework material, the effect of LARS artificial ligament transplantation in the treatment of cruciate ligament injury is more ideal, compared with the efficacy of autologous tendon graft, the differences were significant, had no significant differences compared with the long term effect of transplantation of autologous ligament.

Abstract: Metallographic microscope is an indispensable tool for metallurgical studies, which played an important role in materials science research and experiment. For a long time, metallographic examination results are output in the form of a photosensitive film. This film-based imaging record way has become increasingly unsuited to the study of modern materials science. Digital metallographic microscope is a modern high-tech product, which combines optical microscopy techniques, photovoltaic technology and computer image processing technology. A digitization method is presented for the traditional metallographic microscope in this paper. Experimental results show that the digitization for metallographic microscope is feasible, which meets the requirements of modern materials science research.

Abstract: The reason why rare earth (RE) can play a role of strengthening catalytic degradation of wastewater has always been the topic of common interest for experimental and theoretical chemists. First it discussed the structural features and acts of RE elements, such as 4f orbitals whether to take part in bonding, their hybrid approach and the bonding ability of the hybrid orbitals. Then the paper took attention to how REs to reinforce catalysis for degradation of wastewater, including following aspects: REs' reinforcement on catalytic wet oxidation ability of wastewater, REs advancing H2O2 catalytic oxidation ability to deal with wastewater, REs improving TiO2 photolysis efficiency of organics, and REs further improving role of O3/TiO2/UV photocatalytic degradation for wastewater. Finally there were the conclusion and prospect. Looking to the future, the quantitative understaning the 4f orbital of RE contribution still need to rely on the further development of quantum chemistry theory and method.

Abstract: Aflatoxins in grinded peanuts were extracted with 70% methanol and purified with immuno affinity column. In order to enhance the test sensitivity, the Aflatoxin was derived by trifluoroacetic acid. the derived Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 were analyzed by HPLC with fluorescence detector. The determination could be completed in 14 minutes. The detect limits of Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 were 0.04μg/kg, 0.01μg/kg, 0.20μg/kg and 0.02μg/kg respectively, the recoveries were from 81.0% to 115.0%, the relative standard deviations were less than 8.2%.

Abstract: Traffic simulation, a powerful scientific tool, can be applied to both transportation planning and to transportation design and operations. In this paper, a micro-simulation model is developed to simulate the behavior of individual vehicles on the freeway and is used to evaluate the impact of changes in efficiency and safety resulting from changes to traffic flow and speed limits. All aforementioned influences are expressed at a quantitive level.
