Abstract: With the constant development of information technology, information into education teaching quality evaluation has injected new vitality.The evaluation for teaching quality of university is to add the power and energy of teaching. Evaluation for teaching quality of university based on AHP is proposed in the paper. Evaluation scale among evaluation indexes is given, and the weights of evaluation indexes are obtained. The absolute weights of the second-degree indexes are gained. The economics teacher is applied to evaluate the effectiveness of AHP technology. The experimental results show the evaluation for teaching quality of university based on AHP has excellent results.

Abstract: In order to explore the relation between mental health status and extracurricular sports activities, using data processing method to analyze 657 middle school students in rural middle school in Sichuan participated in this survey. They were selected using cluster sampling. The results indicated (a)there were significantly insufficient in extracurricular sports activities in days each week,duration each session and exercise intensity rural middle schools students,(b)there was some extent mental health deficit in rural middle school student, and (c) the mental health has significant correlation with days of sports activities each week ,duration each session and the intensity of sports activities.

Abstract: In the study of power load forecasting, the factors influencing power load have data redundancy and data nonlinearity. The traditional load forecasting methods can’t eliminate redundant or nonlinear law between data, which result in reduced accuracy. In order to improve the predictive accuracy of power load, a prediction model based on BP neural network and SPSS (SPSS-BP) is established. The paper first analyzes the correlation and principal component of influence factors of electric power load, which eliminates the redundancy between various factors, accelerates the speed of BP neural network forecasting and improves predictive accuracy; then model the processed data and forecast through the BP neural network model. One-month weather data and load data of Yichang city have been confirmatory tested and analyzed through application of SPSS-BP model. The results show that SPSS-BP model significantly improves the accuracy, verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the model.

Abstract: Wireless sensor network through a set of connected by wireless sensor node sensing, collecting and processing information, has the characteristics of low cost, flexibility. The gateway device is also equipped with the GPRS communication unit, the GPRS communication unit is mainly composed of GM862 module. This paper uses GPRS technology to transmit physiological data, can not consider the establishment of wireless sensor network. The paper proposes design and application of the wireless sensor network system based on GPRS Technology.

Abstract: In this paper, in order to design the system based on the principle of the site, focusing on advanced systems, scalability and reliability at the same time, the introduction of design requirements and the target site system from two aspects of the system architecture and modular design of the system discussed and design. Full system architecture is designed for secure site information. The results show that the system can guarantee the availability and security of the site and prevent a variety of adverse information is released and the view to improve the quality of service of Web sites and Web applications.

Abstract: The case of fog and haze get degraded images, its physical mechanism and atmospheric attenuation model were studied and analyzed, and the current recovery is better in the field of algorithms. This paper first present a filter-based optimization method based on the image edge information structure information and designs a special filter; then estimate the atmospheric scattering of light transmission rate, the design of a rapid removal of a single image haze algorithm, to achieve a faster and better recovery image haze.
