Abstract: The volume of a convex polytope is important for many applications, and generally #P-hard to compute. In many scenarios, an approximate value of the volume is sufficed to utilize. Existing methods for estimating the volumes were mostly based on the Monte Carlo algorithm or its variants, which required a near uniform sampling process with a large number of sample points. In this paper, we propose a new method to estimate the volumes of convex polytopes that needs relative less sample points. Our method firstly searches for fringe points that are inside and near the border of a convex polytope, by a new way of utilizing the particle swarm optimization (PSO) technique. Then, the set of fringe points is input to a tool called Qhull whose output value serves as an estimate of the real volume. Experimental results show that our method is efficient and gives result with high accuracy for many instances of 10-dimension and beyond.

Abstract: In order to enhance the standard of copper converter operation,operating modes are employed to describe a group of operating parameters which need to be decided on line, and an intelligent optimization way based on neural network and improved chaos genetic algorithm for operating modes is presented. At first, the optimal samples is sieved from the historical sample set. Secondly, the functional relationship with optimization objective and technological parameters is drilled by a neural network model. At last, chaos genetic algorithm with chaotic variables is adopted to seek the optimal operating mode. This method is applied to real-time optimization of copper converter operating parameters.The running results show that the yield of converter raises by 5.9%, and the quantity of the disposed cool materials increases by 7.7%.

Abstract: This paper designs an encryption and decryption system based on the FPGA. The system uses AES algorithm to encrypt and decrypt data. A pipeline IP core is designed with the reconfigurable technology complying with the Avalon bus interface specification. The IP core is applied to be a custom component on Nios II architecture so that the encryption and decryption processes through hardware can be controlled by software. Finally, the program is downloaded to the Altera DE2 development board and completes the testing of encryption and decryption processes. The system can be widely implemented in the field of data security.

Abstract: In this paper, the unsteady flow field formed by the hemisphere nose-tip with forward-facing cavity and opposing jet combined thermal protection system (TPS) under high speed free stream flow (Ma4.98) was investigated numerically. The periodic variation of the drag coefficient and the flow field of the nose-tip were obtained. The numerical results show that a suitable cooperation between the opposing jet stream condition and the physical dimension of the cavity is necessary.

Abstract: A basin in Southwest China is selected as an example for ecological water demand calculation to obtain the ecological flow required for the survival of typical creatures within the watershed by solving the physical habitat model. The implementation of ecological operation can better meet the two fish suitable ecological needs for each life cycle, and is of great significance for fish conservation. Results indicate that the implementation of ecological operation has tremendous ecological environmental benefits and great significance for the protection of aquatic organisms.

Abstract: It is important to explore the data type of test content and the comparative data by the realization of automation in data migration process based on the basic idea of ETL technology. It is in order to work efficiently than complete data, improve work efficiency and the coverage of test data which free the human from a single repetitive labor in the business intelligence project. Quality data is an important prerequisite for the success of on-line system, and also a powerful guarantee stable operation of the system in the future. The design of the comparative data in automated implementation is provide an important guarantee for the normal operation of the system.

Abstract: s: This paper mainly uses the ground three-dimensional laser scanning technology to collect the date of two coal mining deformation point cloud. First of all, according to the distance measurement precision and scanning point spacing scanning scheme is designed; then, focuses on the analysis of scanner splicing error; finally, through three ways : dot, line, face; we do compare analysis to two deformation and obtain the deformation results of the entire mining area. The experimental results show that: three-dimensional laser scanning technology has these advantages: high work efficiency, high data accuracy, obtaining the deformation data of subsidence zone of the whole basin.

Abstract: Regarding the conventional DV-Hop algorithm easily caused big error in a network topology scenario, this paper proposes an improved DV-Hop localization algorithm comprehensive consideration of all anchor nodes average one-hop distance and normalized weighted, use anchor nodes as unknown nodes calculating error and use the error optimizing accuracy. Theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better locating performance in locating precision and precision stability.

Abstract: A New method for real-time prediction of uncertain network transmission time delay and the closed-loop control method through the network manufacturing and industrial plant are introduced. Put forward delay prediction method is based on the multilayer perceptron neural model. To reduce the amount of the first layer of neurons network, thus reducing the computational burden a real-time implementation, a method for the determination of Markov delay sequence order. Used to predict delay and a zero order equivalent discrete time model of the plant, a kind of time-varying state feedback control algorithm is put forward a strategy to obtain real-time update. The stability of the closed-loop switch sufficient conditions is derived using the theorem of linear system. It shows that the method studies of industrial network by two cases, i.e., a DC motor driven transport roll paper and a milling machine. Simulation study describes the effectiveness of the method to control these challenging problems.
