Abstract: Aiming at the characteristic of medical images, this paper presents the improved genetic simulated annealing algorithm with K-means clustering analysis and applies in medical CT image segmentation. This improved genetic simulated annealing algorithm can be used to globally optimize k-means image segmentation functions to solve the locality and the sensitiveness of the initial condition. It can automatically adjust the parameters of genetic algorithm according to the fitness values of individuals and the decentralizing degree of individuals of the population and keep the variety of population for rapidly converging, and it can effectively avoid appearing precocity and plunging into local optimum. The example shows that the method is feasible, and better segmentation results have got to satisfy the request for 3D reconstruction, compared with k-means image segmentation and genetic algorithm based image segmentation.

Abstract: To be effective, and real-time detect fatigue, system based on the DM642 module,platform and infrared camera collects images and detects fatigue. the optimization algorithm is implementated on the special DSP library. That using skin color Gaussian model, connected domain and integral projection method detects eyes. Target area is divided by adaptive threshold.we use sobel edge detection and extraction of integral projection to extract eyes closure degree, and use PERCOL to judge fatigue. Experiments show that the system improves the computing speed and precision and realizes the real-time detection purposes.

Abstract: Multilayer BP neural network is a one-way transmission of feed forward network and it has three or more than three layers of neural network, including input layer, hidden layer and output layer. Wireless sensor network is composed in certain region has a plurality of wireless communication, sensing, data processing capabilities of network nodes. The paper presents design and development of detection node in wireless sensor network based on neural network. The simulation results prove the validity of the adopted BP neural network to build wireless sensor network node.

Abstract: The computer how to identify the language How the brain controls the brain computer interface (BCI) equipment Reading in a second language (L2) is a complex task that entails an interaction between L2 and the native language (L1). Previous studies have suggested that bilingual subjects recruit the neural system of their logographic L1 (Chinese) reading and apply it to alphabetic L2 (English) reading. In this study, we used functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to visualize Japanese-Chinese bilinguals’ brain activity in phonological processing of Japanese Kanji (L1) and Chinese characters (L2) and application to BCI, two written languages with highly similar orthography. In the experiment, the subjects were asked to judge whether two Japanese Kanji (or Chinese characters) presented at the left and right side of the fixation point rhymed with each other. A font size decision task was used as a control task, where the subjects judged whether the two Japanese Kanji (or Chinese characters) had an identical physical size. Subjects indicated a positive response by pressing the key corresponding to the index finger and a negative response by pressing the key corresponding to the middle finger of their right hand. The result showed that our bilingual Japanese subjects have large overlaps in the neural substrates for phonological processing of both native and second language. Our results are application to brain computer interface.

Abstract: To meet the requirement that evidences must be independent for evidences combination in D-S evidence theory when the information processing, the dependence among evidences should be eliminated, so a new combination method of dependent evidences based on the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) is presented. The high-dimensional dependent evidences are replaced by the new low-dimensional independent evidences to reduce the dimensions following the guiding rule of PCA, and then the probability under the new evidences is calculated. The new independent evidences are combined with the combination rules of D-S evidence theory. Compared to existed methods, the dependence in initial evidences is eliminated, and the number of evidences is reduced, which leads to the simplification of the process of evidence combination. Finally, an example is employed to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Abstract: With the extensive development of ways of teaching, multi-media device has become more accessible on campus and its inconveniences of both management and maintenance are also manifested. On the basis of RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology, the passage proposes an achievable solution aimed at handling inconveniences with the management and maintenance, including a functional management pattern and a design of RFID system, which uses a two-way authentication and SMS4 encryption algorithm, and moreover, the system adopts CFB pattern to improve its adaptability.
