Abstract: Aimed at the prominent problem of algorithm complexity, massive operation scale and difficulty in applying the wavelet transform in the field of travelling waves signal detection, this paper presents a current travelling waves singularity signal detection method for shipboard power system single-phase grounding fault (SGF) line selection using morphological gradient technology for extracting transient fault features. The simulation results conducted by EMTPWorks have proved that the method presented in this paper have a veracity as well as reliability in grounding fault line selection. It is of high practical value.

Abstract: Template based printed circuit board (PCB) inspection needs aligning the test image to the reference image, but most of the current image alignment methods are very time-consuming. In order to improve the efficiency of PCB inspection, we put forward an image alignment algorithm based on connected components matching, and design a procedure to detect defects and classify defects. Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves good results for real single layer, bare PCB inspection.

Abstract: This paper studies the single-sideband RF signals in the optical carrier side than the problem. RF signals modulated optical carrier OSSB + C modulation index is usually small, leading edge modulated carrier radio frequency signal generated by the optical carrier ratio is not ideal. A design scheme based on three-arm and four-arm MZM MZM optimized optical carrier single sideband radio frequency signal containing the edge ratio. By adjusting the DC bias voltage of the modulator can control the carrier side than the light signal. For any modulation index, are able to make the optical carrier single sideband radio frequency signal containing edges than the optimal value of 0 dB, improving the performance of the system. The simulation also verify their feasibility.

Abstract: Considering increasing importance of home service robot, the embedded control system based on TI msp430 and μC/OS-II is designed for window-cleaning robot. This paper includes three aspects, i.e., functions, hardware and software design. In the development of the system, the robot can be controlled by smart home system. PID controller is used to control DC motor stably. Meanwhile, a complete coverage path planning is proposed for efficiency.

Abstract: Breakout is the most detrimental event associated with the continuous casting process, with the overview of the sticking breakout behavior, a lot of valuable things had been acquired. For the mechanism of the sticking breakout forming, the key for the breakout prevention is decreasing the probability of the hot spot; the content of the carbon or alloy element, the wear and tear of the mould corner, the mould flux, the fluctuation of the casting speed and the fluctuation of the meniscus are easy to cause the sticking; and with high casting speed and the funnel mould, the thin slab continuous casting is more easier to lead to sticking breakout than the normal strand.

Abstract: Graph labeling theory has important applications in coding theory, communication networks, logistics and other aspects. In Operations Research or Systems Engineering Theory and Methods, one very often use graph colorings/labellings to divide large systems into subsystems. One can use colorings/labellings to distinguish vertices and edges between vertices in order to find fast algorithms to imitate some effective transmissions and communications in information networks. In this paper we present a computational approach to the odd-graceful labelings for some olive trees.

Abstract: ] With the development of information technology,its application has been found in many different fields. As for reform of university, especially in teachong field, it is closely connected with application of information technology,not only on effeciency-improving,but also on exploration of leaners’ inner abilities on learning. Abstract: The speech recognition system is not real-time, a speak identification method based on the cloud server is proposed to solve this problem. Firstly, the MFCC frequency cepstrum coefficient and the first order differential coefficient are extracted from the speech feature vector sequence to form 32 dimensional. And then the 32 dimensional speech feature vector is sent to the cloud server, the training speaker model and identification are done in the cloud server. Finally, the identification result is sent to the client.

Abstract: In this paper, we present a developed cellular automata model to simulate the pedestrians’ crowd behaviors in congested public facility during emergency evacuation. Pedestrian perception and choice behavior considering the queue time of door changing were investigated in pedestrian decision and evacuation time. The model was used to mimic the emergency evacuation with a range of densities for the study of relationship between individual behavior and evacuation time. The results indicate that pedestrian is sensitively for the queue time and prefer to change the exit if the evacuation time perceived by the pedestrian is large then other exit during the escape process. The model is useful to study the pedestrian’s behavior during the emergency evacuation, and helpful for safe layout of the public facilities.
