Through the research ,the paper obtains the maximum and minimum overhang of the piston rod and the best angle range of the platform in the air and optimizes the structure parameters and workspace of the Six bar parallel machine tool.

Abstract: RFID is a technology that uses radio frequency signals coupled to the space (alternating magnetic or electromagnetic), to achieve the purpose of non-contact transfer of information and automatic identification. In this paper, RFID reader system is designed based on the MF RC500. Compared with the automatic identification technology such as the barcodes, magnetic cards and IC cards, The RFID reader has many outstanding advantages: firstly, it is safe and suitable for high security terminal. The second, a plurality of electronic tags can be recognized simultaneously. The third, there is no mechanical wear. The fourth, it is convenient to use with non-contact operation and without human intervention when identifying.

Abstract: Temperature measurement system is widely used in industrial monitoring, process control, intelligent home appliances and other fields. The traditional temperature detection method is to use the analog sensor, such as thermocouple or thermal resistance. This traditional temperature measurement system includes signal sampling circuit, amplifying circuit and A/D conversion circuit, which finally obtain the temperature digital signal. This kind of complex circuit leads to the weak anti-interference ability, which affects the reliability of the system. In this paper, a new design of digital temperature measurement system using digital temperature sensor AD7417 was presented. The sensor is connected to a central processing unit (CPU) via digital bus and the temperature value is displayed by LED. Practical application shows that the temperature measurement system is stable and reliable with strong anti-interference ability.

Abstract: The effects of high-altitude wind shear of wind speed should be considered, the appropriate number of distribution group should be determined and the distribution of wind speed hybrid model parameters and solving should be loaded onto the blades. When the stress of rotor blade is analyzed, the elastic deformation of the blades and the effects of the vibration of oscillating flow field on reaction of the blades must be considered during the operation. Thus the laws of blade load distribution and the corresponding deformation can be accurately calculated to analyze the interplay between deformation vibration airflow and paddle, to determine the law of deformation of rotor blades, the surface pressure distribution, stress distribution and blade design safety factors. When wind load changes with the wind speed, the adaptive blades are powered by aeroelastic, the law of wielding and flapping of the blade will be studied. The torsion coupling effects of adaptive blade, blade bending ,the law of torsional deformation variation of the angle of attack and the impact on aeroelastic blades structural strength will be explored. The results of this study design will be optimized as the power factor, improving the stability of the design of wind turbine power output, reducing material consumption blades absorb vibration and reducing wind load maneuvering to avoid blade stall achieve pitch control. Thus it provides a theoretical basis for optimal design of strength and stiffness of the elongated paddles.

Abstract: Wind energy technology is an integrated technology, which involves aerodynamics, structural dynamics, meteorology, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, control multiple disciplines technology, materials science, environmental science and other areas. This paper studies the structural dynamics of the wind turbine. On one hand, modern wind turbine is composed of various interacting components and subsystems, and its aerodynamic rotor design technique involves controlling a wide range of areas systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems. On the other hand, the wind turbine has characteristics different from the usual mechanical systems. Wind turbine power source is natural randomness of strong wind, The leaves are often run in a stall condition. The system has a strong stochastic dynamic process. The transmission system irregular power input is abnormal . The main structural components exposed to several times higher than normal rotating mechanical fatigue loading. Thus the unique characteristic of dynamics of the wind turbine is formed . Analysis of wind turbine blade load dynamics of basic research carried out in this article by means of an appropriate structure coordinates.

Abstract: When the building is located near high-voltage transmission lines, the people working or living in the building will absorb a certain amount of electromagnetic field energy. When the limit is exceeded, it will have an impact on human health. We studied people in surrounding buildings of 500kV EHV AC transmission lines and 1000kV AC UHV transmission lines and discussed electromagnetic field energy they absorbed.

Abstract: In the paper, use the finite element software to simulate the loading of a car's rear leaf spring in the actual test, analyze the stiffness and free camber of a leaf spring, compare with the data of experiment. which fully approved that this theory can be applied to the analysis of a leaf spring's actual exploitation and design. At the same time, extract the displacement of the lug and rear axle point, analyze its trajectory based on the multi-body dynamics. Abstract: To study the problem of the road identification of the off-road vehicle, a road identification method based on on-line monitoring of the vehicle running state was put forward. The time series data of the suspension displacement and the sprung mass were monitored. The spatial power spectrum density was calculated, aiming at automatically identifying the road roughness. The vehicle speed and the longitudinal vibration acceleration were collected, aiming at identifying the terrain slope. The state of the vehicle and engine was recorded. The rolling resistance coefficient was computed, based on the output torque of the engine. Comparing this coefficient with the threshold of the soft road surface, the soft road surface could be identified. On the basis of the identification result of the road feature, the vehicle running mode can be adjusted, improving the maneuverability of the off-road vehicle.
