Abstract: We select the straight truck which install the engine brake (Jacobs)without water spray, carrying out braking performance limit parameter test on the 26km length,2.57% average longitudinal grade of the mountain highway. The test shows that when the truck passes downhill and open the engine brake (Jacobs),the brake drum temperature maintained at 150 °C or less.So it can solve the straight truck pass the long downhill sections of mountain highway fundamentally and the brake without spraying water.

Abstract: In recent years, high speed railway stations rapidly increase, and the effect of high-speed railway stations on social and economic appears gradually. The prediction of the influence has become a research focus in the social and economic theory. In this paper, based on the study of accessibility, the influence of high speed railway station to the accessibility of each regional is analyzed, and a dynamic model of the influence of high-speed railway station is built on the correlation of the accessibility and economic development, which forecast the influence of the high speed railway station in Beijing-shanghai. On the basis of prediction, this paper also discuss the correlated factors about the influence changes of high speed railway station, the result prove that the topology structure of high-speed railway line has significant contact with the influence changes of the station.

Abstract: In order to identify the oversaturated intersections accurately, the fundamental cell transmission model was modified to satisfy the oversaturated traffic flow. Then, several traffic information was obtained from the modified CTM to identify different oversaturation. The simulation example shows that the sum of queue is suitable for evaluating the oversaturation of whole network, and the queue length and queue intensity are suitable for evaluating the oversaturation of local intersection.

Abstract: The stability is a key index sign of servo system, Oscillation will make the electrical performance of antenna servo system becomes worse, serious when can cause structural damage. Stability is particularly important for the ship borneantenna. In this article we analyze the reason of the servo system surge from two level .and put forward some viewpoint of how to restrain the surge

Abstract: Non-stationary and nonlinear features in the dynamic trajectories of traffic parameters may stop rich and hidden multi-dimensional knowledge from being extracted, contributing a correlation result with false judgments or ignorable significance. As the fundamental improvement for a dynamic congestion analyzing method, the paper decomposes a time series of traffic data into 2 components based on a polynomial approximation method, called the “trend” and “detail” components. In order to simplify the selection of the fitting function to obtain the trend component, the paper proposes an adaptive partitioning method based on the sensitivity search technology. The given examples prove the effectiveness of the proposed methods for a spatiotemporal traffic congestion study.

Abstract: With the development of public transport, many cities in China have adopted bus lanes as a preferred method to alleviate the problems associated with high traffic demand and congestion. However, especially in the intersections, permanent dedication of one lane in the cases with lower frequency of bus services is very inefficient. We put forward a conversion section the bus lane in the upstream of intersection, in which the status of a given section changes according to the presence or not of a bus in its spatial domain: when a bus is approaching such a section, the status of that lane is changed to bus lane, and after the bus moves out of the section, it becomes open to right-turning vehicles. This measure enables to shorten the travel time of the right turn vehicles by 20%, while the speed of the buses will not be affected.

Abstract: According to the characteristics of small cities accident in China, selectively build data mining models. The algorithm focus on mining association rules to small cities accidents analysis system. Experiments show that the algorithm is superior to other algorithms. In this paper, the relationship matrix algorithm by using association rules on accident data, data mining, and mining results were analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the system.

Abstract: Most high-speed rail stations are generally built in the periphery of the city. Therefore, it is necessary for the government to build new transit routes to meet the traffic demand in the emerging city unit around the high-speed rail stations. This paper formulates a model based on genetic algorithms (GA) to design transit route considering various evaluation standards. Numerical example is set up to illustrate the model and algorithm.

Abstract: The visualizing technology of project management is the most effective method for improving highway construction management and monitoring. In this paper, based on the analysis of the highway construction engineering project management needs such as comprehensive visualization, visual progress management, visual measurement management, visual safety management, visual monitoring requirements, etc. and combining the operational requirements of highway construction project management, the visual project management system is established using the three-dimensional virtual and information technology, including project management platform and visualization display platform, in order to achieve visible and controllable project construction and management process. The visualization project management system has been preliminarily applied to the process of expressway reconstruction project. The example analysis showed that the visualization project management system can be a better way for the expressway reconstruction project management services, which can effectively improve the level of construction projects. Keywords: Highway construction;Visible project management system;Three-dimensional (3D) virtual Reality;Information technology

Abstract: This paper introduces the common methods of delay analysis in signalized intersection. Focuses on point sample method (PSM), and puts forward the improved point sample method (IPSM) that is easier to actual operation and accurate. Because the control delay takes the place of the stop delay and the statistics of period takes the place of the statistics of moment. Apply the IPSM and the HCM delay model to analysis delay of signalized intersection in Hohhot. It is a linear relationship between the two results. And the applicability of the IPSM is verified. The IPSM is more applicable and accurate to the mixed-traffic flow in China.
