Abstract: Currently, with the rapid development of subway in China, many cities are gradually creating a trend of metro network-operation. In this paper, the metro emergency plans are analyzed and compared, with the result on which generate a general pattern. Then the ontology model to describe the emergency events is established. By the multi-dimensional description, the semantic representation for the emergency events was optimized.

Abstract: Based on the bi-level planning method, the integrated model of land use and traffic management were established. The variables of upper function were land use and traffic management, and the goal of the upper function was to maximize social net income of the entire network. The down function was transportation network flow model considering the two variables. The flow model was from the principle that travelers based the random multi-modal equilibrium to choose travel mode and travel route. Finally, a numerical example was proposed to prove the model.

Abstract: Taking Guangzhou East Railway Station for example, BuildingEXODUS was used to simulate the passengers evacuation and the empirical formula of evacuation time was used to verify the simulation results. The flow calculation method of evacuation number design value in large-scale railway passenger transport hub was presented. The results show that the passengers on the higher floors should evacuate towards the direction of the train platform rather than towards the lower floors. The results of the flow calculation method of evacuation number design value were closer to the actual situation.

Abstract: This paper uses the simulation software VISSIM to build temporary parking traffic models in front of the Affiliated Primary School of the Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. Selecting speed, acceleration and queued data calibrate the simulation model. The results prove that the simulation model is effective. After that two organizations plan are proposed to ease congestion.

Abstract: A novel distributed fiber optics sensor used for road vehicle information collection system was proposed. Optical fiber was fixed on the road surface to be used as the sensing media. The vehicle information such as speed, vehicle type, vehicle weight and traffic flow can be obtained. To increase the sensitivity of such sensor, an optical Fabry-Perot (F-P) fiber interference was used. Sensing optical fiber was designed to be with a metal coating for fiber protection and high performance. Experiment results show that such distributed fiber optics sensor may be with a high performance in transportation area without digging when it is installed on the road surface.

Abstract: It is of great significance to enhance freeway safety. This paper analyzed the factors affecting freeway safety systematically. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) were applied to develop a freeway safety evaluation model. This model has a practical application on evaluate freeway safety level.

Abstract: Drunk driving is proved to be dangerous for traffic transportation safety. However, there are still no specific conclusions about what changes do drinking make to each kind of driving behaviors. This paper set out a drunk states induce program and a simulated driving experiment to measure the data about driving speed, overspeed driving probability, brake frequency, probability of deceleration for avoidance and probability of running red lights when the drivers were in different degree of drunk states. Results showed that driving speed increases significantly only in state of heavy drunk while decreases slightly in state of moderate drunk. Overspeed probability grows higher as the drivers drink more. Brake frequency increases slightly in state of light drunk, but has no obvious change in state of moderate drunk, however decreases significantly in state of heavy drunk. Probability of deceleration for avoidance decreases a little in state of light drunk but significantly in state of heavy drunk, however increases in state of moderate dunk. Probability of running red lights increases significantly only in state of heavy drunk, but has no obvious change in both states of light drunk and moderate drunk. All these support a conclusion that drinking has different influences on each kind of driving behaviors, which perform differently for traffic transportation safety. Judgments for drunk driving related issues should be decided on each specific matter.

Abstract: The electric vehicle is a newly powered walker alternative tool with good environmental benefits and low operating cost. The subsidy on the product innovation, environmental protection and energy saving is not issued in time because of policy lag, and therefore management measures can't keep pace with the times. This leads to the currently inefficient marketing of household electric vehicle, and its difficult operation situation in our country. This article begins with the promotion and operation mode of household electric vehicles, and puts forward some proposals for the popularization of household electric vehicle which can provide some reference for management department, the electric vehicle manufacturers, and the electric vehicle sales and service agencies.

Abstract: After new transportation projects putting into use,traffic volume within transportation network will inevitably transfer between different routes,this urges us to conduct transfer traffic volume forecast and project evaluation.The study forecast overall traffic volume of Weihai city in the future based on the platform of TransCAD,firstly establish traffic network GIS map,calibrate network attributes,and ascertain many parameters of traffic distribution model.Apply OD estimation to get reasonable OD matrix of Weihai city.Then use the transfer traffic volume forecast model based on prospect theory to forecast and analysis the transfer traffic volume from south bus station to north bus station.It confirmed the necessity of constructing north bus station.

Abstract: With the development and extension of electric vehicle in our country, research on electric vehicle technology becomes a hot topic in recent years. This paper starts with the technical barriers from electric vehicle endurance ability and described the improving methods of electric automobile thoroughly, pointed out the existing problems in the process of application about the methods in this paper. Then put forward the application of solar energy, wind energy technology in electric cars, proposed a research direction for the development of electric vehicle. At last, the paper proposed a research direction for the development of electric vehicle.
