Abstract: Research on trip choice has been a hotspot in the area of traffic science. Daily trip choice behavior can be regard as a reiterative process and each choice represent a process during which travelers’ experience accumulated. The consequence of each choice will affect the next trip choice and the most direct one is the influence on the change of generalized trip cost traveler perceived. Therefore, the generalized trip cost traveler perceived is defined as the gist of the choice on trip mode and trip route and Bayesian dynamic model of generalized trip cost based on traveler perception is established in this paper.

Abstract: Due to different travel experiences, travel attitude varies from people of different levels of familiarity with urban route network. Expected utility theory (EUT) is usually used to describe travelers’ route choice behavior. But there is huge discrepancy between reality and the results under the condition with network uncertainty when the cumulative prospect theory (CPT) is more attractive to describe the travelers’ route choice behavior. Based on CPT this study designs scenarios at different levels of familiarity with urban road network, analyzes route choice behavior in all scenarios and conclude travelers’ behavior characteristics compared with reality investigation results. It shows that CPT is really more powerful to describe the travelers’ behavior under risk and people of high familiarity level are more relied on constraint time and tend to take a risk for more gain.

Abstract: By studying the service property of different travel modes, the self-organization theory presented in this paper to research the self-organized criticality, highlighting by the discovery and description of self-organized critical condition of travel mode choice, is of inspiring importance. The state equation and critical property analysis proposed in the paper is validated by practical example in Macao.

Abstract: Parking lot parking problem is becoming more and more prominent. In order to improve the Yan Tai train station peak parking discontent, serious parking idle resources, and heavy traffic caused by road parking, the Yan Tai train station parking lot parking data was collected through survey, to discuss the parking demand characteristics and parking facilities supply and demand and so on. Combined with factors of parking problems, carries on the reasonable forecast of parking demand, and then gives the solutions. Keywords: the railway station parking lot; parking lot planning; parking characteristics; parking supply and demand analysis; improvement and design

Abstract: This paper is aimed to evaluate the collision risk in free flight. The collision risk between aircrafts is mostly closely relates to position error, due to which the actual position of the aircraft is different from the displaying position and the former is in the vicinity of the latter. Analyzing error factors closely associated with the risk of collision, such as position error caused by CNS performance, altimeters and CDTI system, and according to the error distribution, the region of actual position of aircraft can be considered as a three-dimensional joint normal probability density ellipsoid. The two adjacent planes can be abstracted into two particles, of which one is based to determine position error ellipsoid, and the other is based to establish collision slab. A free flight collision risk model is established, then simplified by linear transformation according to the principle of relative motion. Using Monte Carlo method of mean of uniform random numbers, given initial state, the collision risk in free flight can be obtained. Numerical results demonstrate the feasibility of this model.

Abstract: With the increasingly serious problem of urban traffic congestion, more attention is focused on the Park and Ride (P&R) schemes based on urban transportation demand (TDM) management. The P&R locating research, as an important part of the scheme, plays an important role to strengthen the transportation management. On the basis of identifying all the potential P&R locations, and from the macroscopic perspective of urban transportation network, this paper establishes a model of P&R locating in order to minimize their construction costs as well as the total transportation costs. Example analysis is finally carried out with the help of Lingo software, thus testifying the validity of this research.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a method of peak period pricing to alleviate peak period crowding on the transit vehicles and the platforms. We expanded the route network into a time-expanded network based on the transit schedule, so the dynamic transit assignment is transferred into static transit assignment. Congestion coefficient is used to express the crowd in transit vehicles. In order to reach the goal of both government and the travelers, we establish a bi-level programming model.

Abstract: This paper studied the current situation of large-scale railway station commercial development, and then found and analyzed the existing key problems. Based on this, a comprehensive evaluation index system was established by applying Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process. Furthermore, each major index of this evaluation system was explained and given the value range. Finally, a corresponding evaluation model was provided with using fuzzy mathematics theory for the large scale railway station commercial development performance evaluation.

Abstract: With the railway freight organization reform, the development of China railway to the modern logistics industry becomes an inevitable trend. Nowadays, there is an existing railway freight information system, but the content is limited to the traditional transportation industry. Therefore, applying IoT to establish a modern railway logistics system platform should be considered. In the long run, the system platform will greatly benefit to the development of China railway industry.
