Abstract: In view of the fact that the traditional gas conduction hearing AIDS does not function to the patients with ear canal jams, this paper introduces a kind of ultrasonic hearing devices. Through the ultrasonic voice signals sent by the bone conduction modulation, the hearing-impaired patients can get a certain degree of hearing. The device, with TM320VC5410 as signal processing unit, modulates the voice signals with ultrasonic and transmit the signals through the bone conduction headphone to human auditory nerves. The experimental results show that the hearing devices can help patients with severe deafness recognize sound and voice. As a result, it is of high application value.

Abstract: Enantioselective partitioning of racemic omeprazole enantiomers was studied using a biphasic recognition chiral extraction system. Hydrophilic hydroxypropyl-ڂ-cyclodextrin in aqueous phase and hydrophobic D-tartaric acid hexyl ester in organic phase as chiral selectors which preferentially recognize (R)-omeprazole enantiomer and (S)-omeprazole enantiomer, respectively. Different experimental variable parameters could affect the chiral extraction efficiency. The largest distribution coefficients kS, kR and separation factor ځ were obtained at concentrations o f 0.1 mol/L HP-ڂ-CD and 0.2 mol/L D-tartaric acid hexyl ester, which were 47.38, 58.65 and 1.24, respectively. kR is always larger than kS when using different kinds of tartaric acid derivatives as chiral selectors in organic phase. The present study also reveal the mechanism of biphasic recognition chiral extraction for R,S-omeprazole enantiomers.

Abstract: To analyze the diversity of expression quantity and lay foundation for real time fluorescent quantitation PCR, spleen samples of mouse were collected and mRNA were abstracted, furthermore, the mRNA were reverse transcribed into cDNA by using kit. Six cytokine genes IL-6, IL-12a, IL-12b, IFN-γ, TNF-αand iNOS were cloned and sequenced. The results demonstrated that the homogeneities of the sequences between amplified genes and cytokine genes in genebank all reached above 99%.

Abstract: With the rapid development of computer technology, computer use has been universal coverage and promotion, the promotion of social development and the progress of civilization, but also a direct result of the incidence of cervical disease growing computer operations personnel toward younger age and development trend. In order to effectively prevent the occurrence of cervical disease, a computer operator for the work and life of special investigations carried out pathological studies of patients with cervical disease mechanisms, and found the risk factors which affect computer operations personnel, such as the presence of cervical disease: Continuing operations a long time, incorrect body posture, habits unscientific. Must take effective measures to deal with the timely evacuation exercises to do some exercise, posture alignment operation, pay attention to the computer operating system and placed in the correct position to strengthen targeted physical exercise, can effectively prevent the occurrence of cervical spondylosis, computer operator jobs and improve the quality of life.

Abstract: The compressive strength of the sand-cement interlocking block mixtures were investigated by the method adapt from ASTM C 109. The cementitious to sand ratio of all mixtures were set at 1:2.75. Amount of water in the mixtures were 8% by weight of the solid as determined from optimum water content according to the compaction test (ASTM D698). In the mixtures, cement was replaced by fine quarry waste at the rate of 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50% by weight of the binder. The results show that the average density of the mixture is 2.30 ton/m3 while increasing percentage of fine quarry wastes to replace cement decreases the compressive strength of the mixture at all tested ages (i.e. 1, 3, 7, 14, 28, 56 and 90 days). Moreover, the compressive strength ratio, the proposed parameter in this paper, shows a close relationship between percentages replacement of fine quarry wastes and compressive strength at later age.

Abstract: Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is one of the most important factors in diagnosing some diseases in clinic. A novel biosensor for dectection of IgG based on light-addressable potentiometric sensor (LAPS) was presented in this paper. The LAPS measurement system included the LAPS sensor, light source, the electrode and the electrochemical workstation. The LAPS sensor was fabricated by the method of the Layer-by-Layer Self-Assembly (LBL-SA). The IgG antibody modified onto the silicon wafer of LAPS to capture the corresponding antigen by the specific immune response which has an effect on the sensitive of LAPS to change the photocurrent. The laser diode (LD) light source of 890 nm wavelength was chose as illuminant to drive the LAPS to create the photocurrent. A FPGA was introduced to control the LD and generate a sine wave signal with the special frequency. Different concentration of IgG arranged 50-150μg/mL was detected by the LAPS system. A calibration curve that represented linear correlation between the bias voltage values and theconcentration of IgG was illustrated, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9943. This new biosensor can be very useful for detection of IgG based on the LAPS principle.

Abstract: This study proposes a novel auditory brain–computer interface (BCI) based on dichotic listening paradigm, which allows the subject to select a target from two different sound stimulus sequences played in each ear. EEG data from 6 subjects has shown that the amplitude of N200 and P300 elicited by target was significantly higher than that of non-target ones. We found the N2ac component: a negativity wave in the N2 latency range at anterior contralateral electrodes. The target detection accuracy was assessed by support vector machine (SVM). The accuracy based on multiple electrodes is higher than a single electrode. The dichotic listening paradigm can be used for binary-class of brain-computer interface system.

Abstract: Recently, in pharmaceutical research and industry scientists widely have used polysaccharides and other cationic polymer which is one of the most extensive studies in the field of non-viral DNA carriers for gene delivery and therapy. As a purpose of present study variations of the final solution pH values and filtration were examined for their effects on the particle size and the tendency of particle formation. Chitosan nanoparticles were prepared based on the ionic gelatin of chitosan which hydroxyapatite will adsorb onto the chitosan nanoparticles to form complexes of chitosan and hydroxyapatite. The resulting nanoparticles had a size and positive electrical charge, which vary depending on the formulation conditions. The physicochemical properties of the nanoparticles were determined by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Besides of that, element and chemical characterization of samples were assessed by Energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX). The data revealed that the chitosan/DNA nanoparticles were successfully prepared with a nanosize range. Obtained complexes could be loaded by variants of DNA for further use in gene delivery applications.

Abstract: In this study, the vertically aligned titania nanotube arrays (TNTs) was fabricated on the surface of titanium substrate in fluoride-containing electrolytes via self-ordering electrochemical anodization. The prepared TNTs loaded with ibuprofen (IBU) by solvothermal to achieve a local drug delivery system and its release properties were investigated. The samples were characterized by field emission scanning electronic microscope (FE-SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR). The results indicated that the IBU drug molecules were successfully loaded on the surface of TNTs and the drug release shows a sustained release process. It suggested that TNTs as drug carrier had the properties of sustained release which have a good application prospect in biomedical field.

Abstract: Based on the current development of corneal endothelial cells in the domestic, this paper developed corneal endothelial cell analyzer software system which taken Microsoft Visual Studio as development platform in Windows7 system and combined with MATLAB image processing technology and the Access database information management technology. The software relies on a database established patient archiving and query system, by VC + + statically call the dynamic link library that MATLAB Compiler generated to complete image processing, by partial equilibrium approach for image enhancement, by dynamic difference method for determination threshold when binaries. The software provides good interactive interface and graphics display surface, but also sets aside network port as follow-platform extension.
