Abstract: Standing by nowadays sight, the Environmental health services is an important part in local government’s public services. Environmental health, also being called sanitation, refers to the health of environment in city space. During the course of the modernization construction and development, the performance of local government to manage sanitation will seriously affect the city appearance and the quality of people’s life. In This text, the author will focus on the application on current situation of management on environmental health in boom city communities to find some problems; then help to develop a proper management mode for china’s environmental health in boom city communities.

Abstract: Many problems exist in the urbanization of medium-sized cities, such as, low functional strength, uncoordinated industries, not strong economic support, weak carrying capacity and radiation force, small urban scale, not close contact with big cities and small cities, towns. The aim of new urbanization should be to achieve healthy development of urbanization. Some specific methods and measures are proposed on construction of new urbanization in medium-sized cities, such as, cumulative and circulating development of industry and agriculture, coordinating urban and rural areas, optimizing the allocation of resources by the institutional innovation and the layout of urban system, strengthening public services in urban and rural areas, setting circulating and replacement system of urban and rural land, improving methods of the performance appraisal, constructing new professional towns of characteristic and various types of agricultural industrial parks, which are specifically described with an example of Xiaogan.

Abstract: The article analyzes the present situation of green building’s development in Shenyang from the following five aspects, which are policies and regulations, the masses awareness, management organization, green evaluation, supply and demand in the market. It puts forward that there is still many obstructive factors in the green building’s implementing progress in Shenyang. In order to eliminate the obstructive factors, it proposes the related countermeasures to improve the green building’s development in Shenyang.

Abstract: This article through the research of industrial current situation in Changchun, recalling the development history of industrial buildings in Changchun and the industrial legacy building's formation reasons, analyzes industrial legacy building's renovation, reuse of the meaning and value, finally, based on Changchun City's territorial, proposed industrial legacy building renovation, reuse of methods and principles.

Abstract: There are many people at the restaurant. Once a fire breaks out, it will pose a serious threat to life safety. So the safe evacuation design is the focus of the restaurant. BuildingEXODUS can provide high dynamic simulation of evacuation. According to the simulation results, we can study the affect of evacuation safety exit. At the same time the simulated data can be used to deal with fire, earthquake and other emergency evacuation.

Abstract: In recent years, with the expansion of urban space in China, large-scale land development and commodity residential construction lead to urban land expanding continuously, the residents especially low-income groups in suburban area face more problems, such as commuting costs increase, transportation accessibility reduce. The purpose of this paper is to compare and analyze the travel choices between high-income and low-income residents in suburban area, using the structural equation modeling to analyze how the social and economic attributes, public transport accessibility and commuting time influence on traffic mode selection, and contribute to public transportation development for low-income group in suburban area. The result of the research shows influence of different factors involving the traffic mode selection between low-income groups and high-income groups.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the interests associating, the perceived impacts, and the benefits perception of city residents of large-scale sports venues. A questionnaire survey was used to collect data and 476 valid questionnaires were obtained. The results of this study were as follows: 1) the interests associating, perceived impacts, and the benefits perception of residents for large-scale venues have a significant positive correlation; 2) The benefits perception of large-scale venues by residents can be predicted by the following factors: perceived economic impact, personal interests, perceived environmental impact, and economic dependence. The total variance is 59.7%, and perceived economic impact is the most significant factor explaining variance (47.6%), followed by personal interests (10.1%), perceived environment impact (1.4%), and economic dependence (0.6%). This study concludes that the benefits perception by local residents’ of sport venues is closely related to their interest association and the perceived impacts of sport venues. Large-scale venues are generally beneficial to residents as enhance their income, employment and sporting opportunities, as well as the quality of the environment. All of these factors contribute to the benefits of large-scale sport venues perceived by city residents.

Abstract: Ancient village Azheke, located in Yunnan province in China, surrounded by magnificent Yuanyang Terraced Field and lush forested Mountains, is an excellent living model of Hani people’s vernacular landscape reflecting the wisdom of sustainable land use, agricultural cultivation and stewardship. However, the overwhelming globalization and urbanization construction bring about many problems to the ancient village, such as the currently deteriorating of natural environment, the declining of the ancient knowledge and skills of agricultural cultivation, the discarding of traditional life style with meaningful distinctive traits and the oblivion of cultural identity and religious spirits. Targeting on these challenges, this paper proposes a holistic approach to revive and rescue the ancient village. From the perspective of landscape, this study divided the vernacular cultural landscape into four processes, i.e. ecological, productive, daily & social life, spatial & religious landscape processes, considering the ancient village as an organism with its living demands. Based on the methods of scenes recovery and regeneration of vernacular landscape security network, this approach restores the scenes with the critical landscape elements in Hani vulgar life and unique culture, and respectively regenerates the ecological, productive, daily & social life and spiritual & religious vernacular landscape security network, according to the study results from literature and field observation and investigation. Then, after superposing these four networkers, an integrated village conservation framework is generated, with the complete elements, perfect function and distinctive traits. This strategy leads a way for achieving the objective of holistic conservation and revival of ancient village Azheke, which provides a reference for the ancient villages conservation in the World Cultural Heritage areas of Hani Terraced fields.

Abstract: The paper makes a systematic analysis of the apartment for the aged from the functions, connotation and characteristics, through questionnaire investigation and expert consultation, Concluded the comprehensive evaluation indexes elements of apartment for the aged, on the basis of needs of elderly. Screening and modification indices by fuzzy sequencing, the analytic hierarchy process method was used to set up the comprehensive evaluation indicator system of the apartment for the aged , and the weight coefficient of evaluation indexes. Substantial and theoretical research of the apartment for the aged. Finally, according to the research results, some suggestions to the construction of senile apartments are made.
