Abstract: In order to improve the successful probability of equipment research and development project, new risk evaluation model should be provided. This paper expanded the dimension of project risk, and ameliorated the extenics method to construct the risk evaluation model. In this method, used the plus correlative function value between risk state to risk grading interval to multiply the middle value of risk grading interval to calculate the risk degree of single risk index in multi-dimensional risk measure index, then integrated the geometrical mean and arithmetic mean of single risk index to count the synthetical risk degree of equipment research and development project. Which provide new technique for equipment project risk evaluation.

Abstract: After the late 1980s when property rights reform has widely occurred in rural industrial enterprises, by using industrial enterprises data in 1988-2011 and analyzing the spatial-temporal characteristics of the number proportion of rural collective enterprises, we conclude:(1) The number proportion change of rural industrial collective enterprises corresponds with the policy guidance that was released in each phase to improve enterprises competitiveness;(2) The three phases shows reform had a hierarchical characteristic. Compared to the central and western regions, the eastern reform tends to be more mature;(3) Eastern proportion is most highest, the proportion ranking top provinces are almost on the eastern coast and they have a inertial feature.

Abstract: Maritime silk road is important to China’s economy and politics, and it is influenced by a number of interrelated factors. It is difficult to determine which factors are more important and should be considered preferentially. This paper introduces Interpretative Structural Model (ISM) to identify and analyze those factors. A hierarchy structure of factors influencing maritime silk road which contains three levels is constructed after identifying and sorting factors. By analyzing the direct, indirect and fundamental influencing factors, the results provide references to develop plans of building maritime silk road.

Abstract: ABC inventory analysis method is widely used in practical applications, this paper analyzes the inventory of ABC concepts, principles, advantages and discuss the steps implemented by the ABC analysis to analyze the actual case, for a thorough analysis of the case studies and propose appropriate measures on the findings solution ultimately prove ABC inventory analysis has important theoretical and practical value in practice. Abstract: As in the most developed contexts the ratio between qualitative and quantitative needs tends to increase progressively, also the sector of architectural design is urged to introduce suitable quality goals in its ideation processes. The assessment of the quality of an architectural design is justified by the advisability to check the results of its solutions with reference to the needs expressed by the point of view of the community, general, impartial and binding. The paper proposes an assessment model based on requirements and aimed at verifying the correspondence of the architectural design to a set of performance, based on multicriteria schemes.

Abstract: This paper presents a benefit-cost analysis for private photovoltaic (PV) system investment with distribution static compensator (DSTATCOM) compensation to enhance the PV penetration in distribution systems. A hybrid voltage control scheme with reactive power compensation from DSTATCOMs and active power curtailment is applied to avoid the violation of voltage variation caused by large PV power injection. The PV power generation is estimated based on local solar irradiation and temperature data. The annual curve of PV power generation and annual energy delivered to the distribution system with the hybrid voltage control scheme are also determined. The annual revenue of PV power sales, the initial capital investment cost of a PV system with or without a DSTATCOM, and the operating and maintenance cost are then considered to evaluate the benefit and cost of the PV investment over its life cycle.

Abstract: For the current status of e-commerce logistics and distribution terminal node layout,this article considers planners and customers both benefit, while also considering the impact of the end node distribution route for cost.A bi-level programming model of end nodes location was constructed. The upper level model is the smallest in the conditions of transport costs and fixed costs as much as possible to attract customer demand, lower programming model considers the distance, the price of services and quality of service that influence customer choice behavior, and customer demand for the costs of terminal nodes distribution is studied.Finally, a numerical example verifies the feasibility of the model and algorithm.

Abstract: Oil is an important energy source and it plays an significant role in the economic development of a country. With the continuous improvement of our dependence on foreign oil, supply chain security of imported oil has become the focus in all aspects. This paper analyzes the various factors that affect the supply chain security of China's imported oil, establishes the evaluation index system and uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the supply chain security of China’s imported oil, at last proposes suggestions to strengthen oil supply chain security.

Abstract: Geothermal energy project in Tengchong has to be economically feasible to be implemented. The cost analysis is necessary to be made in order to obtain a vision for the investors, so that they could find out if the project is advisable regarding cost in short and long term. As a new kind of clean energy contributing to the electricity, geothermal energy development in Tengchong will be a long-term strategy.
