Abstract: As the market establishing and the project management mechanism for deepening reform , the project cost management is in a core position and playing increasingly important role in the project . Based on cost management analysis and relevant theories and methods, and it combined the content, features and current situation of cost management in substation project. The paper uses the method of PDACE process control theory and value engineering, it is applied to the cost management.of the substation project. This study played a major role on reducing the cost of construction project.

Abstract: Accurate evaluation of the spatial distribution of medical facility accessibility is a prerequisite for the rational allocation of medical resources. Based on the researches on the accessibility of medical space from home and abroad,using 2SFCA and the law of gravity,along with the application of geography information system (GIS),this paper analyzes the accessibility of medical facility in Wuchang District of Wuhan City.

Abstract: This study analyzes the problems and opportunities in the logistics industry of Shanghai based on Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone (FTZ).The impacts of economic measures, cargo turnover volume and developmental pattern have been discussed. Through the preferential tariff rates, logistics costs decrease, volume of cargo transport and warehousing capabilities increase, innovation policy, logistics enterprise diversification and other measures, the government will ensure the logistics industry of FTZ healthy and orderly development.

Abstract: In order to help small and medium-sized enterprises in Inner Mongolia to establish good staff incentive mechanisms, we are focus on this problem. First of all, an evaluation system of staff incentive mechanism for small and medium-sized enterprises in Inner Mongolia is established. Then questionnaires are designed based on the evaluation system and106 valid questionnaires are got from relevant enterprises in Inner Mongolia. Data from the survey questionnaires are analyzed by respondents’ analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, and correlation analysis. And some improvement proposals are pointed out based on the analysis.

Abstract: Whether the planning of logistics nodes is good or bad directly affects the level of logistics efficiency and customers’ satisfaction. The confusion logistics nodes assignment in Inner Mongolia leads to the low efficiency of logistics, so it is imminent to make a reasonable three level logistics nodes planning. First of all, the logistics volume of Inner Mongolia in 2014 is predicted by exponential smoothing based on the data from 2007 to 2013 in Inner Mongolia Statistical Yearbook. Then, the number of logistics parks, logistics centers and distribution centers is calculated based on the logistics volume of Inner Mongolia in 2014. Moreover, a reasonable three level logistics nodes location of Inner Mongolia is proposed considering of several factors.

The use of digital protection technology can realize the intangible cultural heritage of Tibet quickly and effectively protect, especially solves many defects of protection, to expand the scope of protection.

Abstract: A new evaluation index system, which includes five dimensions is put forward to evaluate the competitiveness of construction subcontracting enterprise properly. Based on GA optimized BP neural network model,construction subcontracting enterprises’ competitiveness can be quantitative analysis systematically. Use of Matlab simulation analysis,research has shown that this system can well solve the problem of construction subcontracting enterprise competitiveness evaluation.

Abstract: In the corporate world, organizations that have efficient managements, conquer markets and establish themselves for a long period of time. Companies that produce through continuous processes have a guaranteed market for their products, as is the case of the sustainable fuels area; they should lose no time in the production. This research aims to improve the use of milling of a plant that produces ethanol through sugarcane, using the junction of the Quality Tools with the PDCA Cycle. The research sought to improve the main problems identified as the cause of milling yield utilization below the target of a company. After the implementation of the improvements it was possible to make a comparison between the yields before and after the improvements, showing positive results.

Abstract: In the paper, the author will analyze the provisions in the international conventions and in some western legal systems, and probe into the particular characteristics of the civil liability of nuclear damage. The author of the article concludes that the major nuclear states in the world usually have adopted diverse remedy mechanism, including the responsibility of nuclear facility operators, social responsibility, and the state compensation liability to provide adequate, timely and reasonable legal remedies for victims.Key words: International Nuclear Damage; Civil Liability; Paris Convention; Vienna Convention

Abstract: Existing aerospace manufacturing mode is difficult to adapt to the development of industrialization of space transformation in face of the increasing space missions. Then it causes demand for aerospace manufacturing mode transformation. This article first analyzes the present status and transformative driving factor of aerospace manufacturing mode. On the basis of TRIZ theory, we apply the theory of technology evolution in overall space manufacturing mode analysis. Then we look into each specific issues of manufacturing mode and explore the method to solve the problem according to the substance--field analyzing method. After that, integrate all income approaches and seek for target mode which adapts to the transformation of aerospace manufacturing. Finally, the target pattern’s characters are analyzed in terms of the maturity of aerospace products and production process.
