The Design of Semiconductor Laser Driver and Simulation Analysis of Constant Current Drive Circuit Based on Multisim 10

Article Preview

Abstract:

This article focused on the characteristics of the semiconductor laser, designed a practical semiconductor laser driver, which provides two ways of working, including constant current and constant power operating mode. The article focuses on the application of negative feedback theory in semiconductor laser driver design, and done simulation experiments study for constant current drive circuit with simulation software Multisim 10. This driver has soft-start delay protection, preventing electric shock and current limit protection circuits.
