Accordingly, this study has deduced the factors that negatively affect the activation of industrialization residence through interviews with professionals in companies that have obtained industrialization residence approval and has proposed an improvement plan. Industrialization residence is not a traditional method compared to wall type residence or ramenzo residence, thus, there is great difficulty in evaluating the actual performance or activating the market. However, industrialization residence is expected to enable quicker supply of residence in response to user needs and decreased load of the earth’s environment through recycling, reusing and reducing of limited resources.
