Abstract: With the emerging of the experience economy and the rapid transformation of business model, Chinese business landscapes have already been unable to cater to the bidirectional demands of enterprises and customers. The design of business landscape needs a new design concept to coordinate with the future development trend of business district. This paper tries exploring the design methods for the new design of experiential business landscape by combining user experience theory with the theory of business landscape design.

Abstract: Rural land consolidation has a profound impact on the changes of landscape pattern. In this paper, the author took the Haiyan County for example. Using GIS technology as well as theory and methods of landscape ecology, the author studied landscape pattern of land consolidation by selecting 15 indicators, including landscape structure characteristics, patch characteristics, corridor characteristics and characteristics of matrix into the land use situation and landscape pattern before and after land consolidation, analyzed and summarized the rural land consolidation to the influence of landscape pattern. Then the author put forward measures of rural land ecological construction. The results also show, rural land consolidation on the impacts of landscape pattern has two sides, hence should make full use of its positive effect and take some measures to reduce its influence.

Abstract: Spatial and temporal changes of landscape pattern in Li River basin was analyzed based on Landsat TM and OLI data in 1991 and 2013. Maximum likelihood classification method was used to extract land use information in two periods. In FRAGSTATS platform, the characteristics of landscape types were quantitatively analyzed by selecting landscape index at class level and landscape level. Results showed: (1) the area of forest landscape increased significantly, while shrub and bare rock decreased obviously. (2) landscape types were characteristic of high inner homogeneity and low heterogeneity. (3) the evolution of landscape pattern was significantly affected by human activities and social factors.

Abstract: This paper, based on the data about urban residents’ consumptions in Wuhan from 1992 to 2011, compares such economic parameters as the marginal propensity to consume, consumption amount, consumption structure, degrees of consumption structure change before and after the financial crisis. The results reveal that the crisis has effects on the consumption amount and consumption structure. Then some suggestions are provided to stimulate the consumption.Key words: financial crisis, consumption amount, consumption structure, impacts

Abstract: With the great improvement of the market commercializing and industrializing, urbanization of China has been formed and developed in a rapid speed. Based on the disscussion about the concept of metropolitan, this article comprehensively analyzed the foundation and existing issue of Lanzhou circular metropolitan by referring Longhai-Lanxin economy belt, Lanxige economy region, LAN-Xi urbanization. The significance of Lanzhou circular metropolitan in supporting west-northern region and the economical improvement, prompting other cities development, and completing and optimizing the theory of metropolitan were also discussed.

Abstract: ESDA technique in spatial econometrics is utilized for analyzing pattern and evolution of economic and special structure in JingJinji area from 1995 to 2012. Non-agricultural population during the time period is counted; rank scale rule, ROXY index, urban influence and other quantitative methods are applied to systematically studying evolution of scale structure and special structure in urban system in JingJinji Metropolis Circle. Spatial polarization indicators are utilized for estimating space polarization change trend on JingJinji Metropolis Circle during the time period. On the basis, two-dimensional and three-dimensional space expression modes of GIS space analysis technique are adopted for special simulation of economic polarization growth in JingJinji Metropolis Circle in recent 15 years, thereby analyzing special polarization process in JingJinji Metropolis Circle from two dimensions of time and space. The results showed that: 1. JingJinji Metropolis Circle is in dispersed development trend, overall trend of economic space difference is continuously expanded, economic growth polarization of Metropolis Circle is increased with time, economic growth of Metropolis Circle due to change trend of economic center to external space, and it does not completely follow distance attenuation rule.

Abstract: In view of uncertainty and complexity in the process of urban water security assessment, Set Pair Analysis Model (SPAM) is adopted. Specially, in this study, the model is improved from two aspects: (1) three-element connection degree is expanded to multi-element connection degree, which makes the depiction of state space more accurate; (2) credible degree criterion and marking criterion are combined to analyze the assessment results. The improved model is applied to Wuhan city, China. The evaluation indicator system with clearly logic and hierarchy are built and the weight of each indicator is confirmed by the analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The evaluation results show that, overall, water security state of Wuhan is good and there is continuous improvement, which is in good agreement with the true situation. The comparison between the results of the model and two other evaluation methods verifies the rationality and reliability of the developed model. In addition, the results also indicate that the developed model is more accurate than ordinary SPAM. Consequently, it is concluded that the model can be an effective tool for urban water security assessment.

Abstract: Water is the essential element of people's lives, with the rapid growth of population, has become increasingly tense relationship between human and water. In this paper, on the basis of summarizing the existing methods, the application of Chinese traditional harmonious thought, proposes a new model (WUHIS) of assessment of urban human-water relationship, and through the establishment of complete index system to quantify the abstraction of human-water relationship and evaluation. Through three dimensions, the new model from three aspects of the human-water system to conduct a comprehensive evaluation, evaluation of urban river health degree (URHD), evaluation of urban development level (UHDD), and assess human-water coordination degree (HRCD). With relevant data of WUHIS in Xianyang city, Shanxi province, the state of the human-water relationship in Xianyang was assessed from each criterion angle and the result showed that water-urban harmony situation as a whole was on the upswing, but observation of each dimension score respectively, has obvious fluctuation. Through this model, we can clearly know the pros and cons of Xianyang city water resources management, for the Xianyang water resources planning provides a clear direction for the future. This model can be applied in all cities, as long as to modify specific indicators.

Abstract: In this article, we need a set of reasonable design and a high operability technical standard to make the solar energy, as practical application engineering, can be understood or measured in a complex system of progress of technical standard system for industry planning, management and decision support. It can better carry forward the guiding role of existed policies, standards and specifications as well as to promote the level of mainland solar application. In this paper, some latest research of solar energy promoting standards and technical progress was summarized. These studies can provide strong support for decision-making in solar applications planning and management.
