Abstract: Coagulation-sedimentation and Filtration by fibre-ball were applied to treat rainwater collected in Harbor Yard. The optimum parameters of coagulation-sedimentation process were determined through experiment. The dosage of Polymeric aluminum chloride (PAC) was 35 mg/L, settling time was 30min, the mixtures were stirred for 1min under the rotational speed of 200~400 r/min, then stirred for 10 min at 90~120 r/min, and10 min at 40~60 r/min. While the optimum parameters of filtration by fibre-ball were also found, including filter speed of 15-30 m/h, Filtration clcle 60-100h, Pollutant Capacity of 9.5-18.3 kg/m3, combine washing by fresh water (flow of 25L/ (m2∙s)) and gas (flow of 40 L/ (m2∙s)) with washing time of 20min. All those parameters were utilized in a rainwater treatment project of coal container yard in Tianjin Harbor. The effluent quality could satisfy the demand of Water quality standard for urban miscellaneous water consumption, and the clear water after treatment was used for spraying coal and removing dust.

Abstract: The sancha river mouth is located at the intersection of qinhuai river and Yangtze river. The flow movement of sancha River mouth are affected by application of sancha river gate and Yangtze River. The flow characteristics of the river mouth is very complex. The numerical simulation is used to study the flow movement. The 2-D depth-averaged mathematical model has been established. The govering equations and numerical simulation of flow movement are given in the boundary-fitting orthogonal coordinate systems. The model verification has done by the field data. The flow movement are computed for different application mode of sancha river gate and Yangtze river level. The mainstream line variation and local inverse flow are analyzed for the sancha river mouth.

Abstract: Based on the measured water level data after the impound of Three Gorges reservoir, the water level short-term prediction model of income flow of Chenglingji, Han river and Hukou is constructed by multiple regression method. The comparative of measured water level and predicted water level indicated that, the prediction of income flow is accord with the real flow. Meanwhile, according to statistical analysis of the water level and flow, and considering the total inflow and the jacking of branch inflow, the water level short-term prediction model for middle stream Yangtze River is set up separately. Then, by using multiple regression model, the multiple regression formula for water level prediction is constructed , to applied to the river reach where branch inflowed or river reach jacked by the downstream. Compared with the field observation data, the prediction results are quite precisely.

Abstract: A method of simulation modeling and virtual presentation of river evolution was proposed. The method used a variable scale modeling method to generate virtual environment and the data model of irregular triangle network to build the river channel. The virtual environment and the river channel are unified with seamless splicing algorithm to enhance the sense of immersion. And then digital river simulation platform was developed. It displayed the erosion and deposition of river channel with color mapping and presented an efficient algorithm to analyze the change of section shape. The proposed method is validated by application in analyzing the sediment deposition and erosion of Chongqing reach of Yangtze River.

Abstract: Proposed construction of the main water-saving society, including government, business (market), social organizations and the general public. Government is the central subject of water-saving society, the enterprise (market) is the body of the efficiency, social organization is the body of the welfare, the public is the foundation subject. By analyzing the operating mechanism of multiple subjects, we can find multiple subjects of water-saving social organization presents network, rather than bureaucracy, according to their nature need to play different roles complement each other, to participate, to construct the corresponding organizational system. From the current practice of water-saving society, the government needs to gradually change its functions, build a government-led water-saving society service system to create a good ambience for the growth and function of other actors.

Abstract: Water carrying capacity assessment is to reveal the relationship between water resources, population, and economy, fully use water resources, and make economic development go hand in hand with protection of water resources, which simultaneously promote sustainable social and economic development. Based on the analysis of water resources carrying capacity defined, according to the measure of the demand for sustainable use of water resources, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to construct water resources carrying ability evaluation index system with three aspects of socio-economic systems, environmental systems and water systems, gives the five evaluation criteria, proposed set pair analysis to evaluate it, analyze the advantages of set pair analysis, and finally select Gaochun as case study areas, provide a new method for the carrying capacity of water resources.

Abstract: Based on daily measurement of the water levels and flow rates made by hydrologic stations of Xiangtan, Changsha, Xiangyin, Lujiao at lower reach, Xiangjiang River and Chenglingji in the middle reach of Yangtze River from 1980 to 2010, the analysis is made on the conditions of typical hydrologic year at the lower reaches, Xiangjiang River and middle reach of Yangtze River as well as the temporal and spatial correlation of water level of different hydrologic stations of lower reaches of Xiangjiang River and Chenglingji Station and features of variation of water level and water gradient in different typical years. A definition for seasonal stagnant river was given according to the hydrological feature of lower reaches of Xiangjiang River on the base of current domestic and international summaries and definitions regarding stagnant flows.

Abstract: The article focuses on tropical crop and discusses its production management and field environment monitoring and controlling. This article proposes the general idea of the construction of information management system. The system is designed using Silver-light, WebGIS, WCF, sensor and wireless sensor network technology. The system has realized agricultural production record management, field environment monitoring and warning, storage and logistics information sharing function. Meanwhile, the integration of information management system with quality-and-safety trace-ability system platform has achieved. The paper provides the data references and establishes theoretical principle for the research on tropical agricultural products' quality safety.

Abstract: Galvanized steel, a general grounding material, has a short service life due to high corrosion rate in alkaline soil environment. An Al-4.5Cu-Re alloy was developed to overcome the shortcoming of galvanized steel. The properties of Al-4.5Cu-Re alloy were studied by accelerated corrosion test, grounding resistance test, electrochemical test and comprehensive electrical performance test in alkaline soil. The results show that the Al-Cu alloy with shot blasting and pre-oxidation exhibited low grounding resistance, high corrosion resistance, good comprehensive electrical performance and environment friendly feature. Al-Cu alloy with shot blasting and pre-oxidation can be used as grounding material.

Abstract: The development of the city brought a more convenient life to people, but construction waste from demolition of old buildings and construction of new buildings became a great problem of city. Since the progress of building materials technology made it possible to reuse the construction waste, construction waste recycling industry is rising in some cities in our country. Based on the porter diamond model, this paper analyzed the influence factors of construction waste recycling industry in Haikou, and put forward some countermeasures on the healthy development of this industry in Haikou.
