Abstract: Starting from the study of achievements at home and abroad, the writer discusses the connotation of the urban livability. On basis of comparative analysis about every method of evaluation livable city, the principles about evaluation index system of urban livability are setup. The paper builds urban livability evaluation index system, whose coverage is more complete and operability is more convenient, which are consisted of 7 criteria level indexes, 24 field level indexes and 81 index level indexes. The system has an important significance for scientific evaluation urban livability.

Abstract: Full implementation of green urban planning and development has become the main theme of urban revival and development, but the construction and development of green infrastructure occupies a very important position in green urban development. Green infrastructure includes the micro-energy, high efficiency and low pollution engineering-form infrastructure and the urban green space network, which has at least the functions of improving urban environment and saving energy and reducing consumption. Factors restricting the planning and construction of green infrastructure have the changes in the philosophy of urban planning and design, green technological innovation and grant investment costs. However, because China is at the stage of urbanization and low carbon strategy development, there are still many opportunities. To accelerate the planning and construction of green infrastructure, it is necessary to take policies and measures on relevant standards and specifications, green assessments and audits, taxation and financial support and other aspects.

Abstract: In Modern days, urban parks are constantly competing in ecological environments that are advancing to the complex functions. To survive from other competing parks Pak need to evolve smartly. An urban park needs to strengthen its functions and services in its interaction with citizens. Hence, for a smart park to be able to evolve in an ecological environment of a city, they should be conducted in sustainable probabilistic systems through study of convergence of the functions and services. This study suggests a smart park network in convergence with urban parks’ functions and services.

Abstract: Urban sprawl studies involve various subject areas, including the urban geography, economics, sociology and ecology, etc. and it is a common topic focused by the geographers, planners, environmentalists, land economists, etc. At present, the land expansion in most cities of China is too fast, presenting the extensive economic development and urbanization model of the land extensive operation. It is badly in need of theoretical studies on the urban sprawl. In this paper, the existing domestic and foreign theoretical studies on the urban sprawl are analyzed and evaluated, and combining the overall planning of Kunming City, the urban sprawl phenomenon in Kunming is analyzed.

Abstract: This research combines the rain with residential area waterscape together. Through the survey, we find some commom problem that the water quality is poor and some waterscapes often have no water and the waterscape design is stylized in residential area waterscape and analyse reason, then put forward the way to solution the problem in waterscape by rain.In order to effectively use rainwater to waterscape, considered the difference between the pluvial region with the little rain region, compared the different features of middle-small and large residential areas, adopted different measures. Topic significance lies in the concept of low carbon environmental protection can be incorporated into people’s lives, improve people’s awareness of resource conservation.

Abstract: Along with the development of Hainan tourism, agricultural tourist attractions is famous for its beautiful natural landscapes and unique folk customs and traditions. construction situation of tropical modern tourism agriculture in Hainan is analyzed in detail from the perspective of life experience, food and countryside, ecology protection, investigate and study, hot spring and landscape, civilization eco-village, national culture and large recreational agriculture theme park. This research summarizes and analyzes essential principles of tropical agriculture tourism planning. Considered in tropical agricultural resource utilization, ecological environment monitoring and protecting, water-saving irrigation and formula fertilization, the design thought and plan for tropical modern tourism agriculture in Hainan are expounded in this paper.

Abstract: With the Nanyang Longxiamg century community as an example in the article, through investigating the plant community of residence in Nanyang city, and according to the connotation of economical plant community, summarized four kinds of economical planting mode that are fit for LC-community, the four kinds as follows: the community of scarce forest and grassland, the community of undergrowth landscape, the community of undergrowth landscape, the community of environment type. And analyzes every economical planting mode, and apply them finally.

Abstract: The waterscapes are indeed playing an important role in developing the quality of life in residential communities, but the cost is huge and can’t be overlooked. The research turned out to suggest that people should make full use of the various resources while building a waterscape. Now some typical residential communities in Tongren, Guizhou will be taken as the subjects of the research so as to find out the problems and 28put forth some concrete solutions.
