Abstract: Applied-information technology and printing materials are very important in autonomous learning of students. Especially as for interactive learning and teaching.This research aims at studying the effectiveness of applied-information technology in regulating learners’ information-emotions teaching reforms. Under the circumstance of networking, it is undoubted a new way to research Applied-information technology and printing materials for the benefits of the development of learners in future. In the course of teaching reforms, positive-information -emotions can enhance the sense of identity, strengthen the function of cohesion, increase the learners’ interest in learning and regulate their mood with the help of networking and other information technology. Therefore, it is very essential that instructors help learners enhance their abilities to learn about and develop positive information-emotions in teaching reforms on the basis of master of applied-information technology.

Abstract: Image compression is a data compression technology used in the digital image, its purpose is to reduce redundant information of the image data, and provide a more efficient format to store and transmit data. Due to the huge image data and the existing relatively low transport conditions, the image compression has become an inevitable. The key technology of image compression is how to transform image data, how to quantify image data, and how to entropy code the quantized data. Using two-dimensional Mallat image wavelet compression algorithm is a new method of image compression, and it is the core technology of the wavelet image compression.

Abstract: With the rapid development of university information construction, a wide variety of applications have been increasing, resulting in the increase of the number of servers. Thus the traditional data center management has become more complicated and heavier. This paper presents the construction of virtualization system of the university data center server based on VMware vSphere technology to improve IT utilization as well as to reduce the costs and the burden of the server staff.

Abstract: This paper is to design and implement the MVC design pattern of teaching management system based on. The entire system in the design and implementation process is based on object-oriented thinking, using the ASP.NET MVC framework technology, system design with clear ideas, software reusability is high. Based on the establishment and application of teachers teaching management system for college teachers can provide an information management platform in the teaching environment.

Abstract: This paper discusses the way to realize the intercollegiate cooperation under the network environment. The ultimate aim is to promote students' effective learning ability. Abstract: In this paper, the author investigated the evaluation factors of sport-related museum using information processing technology. After analyzing some original data and research the existing literature, and the author construct an evaluation index equation. The author believed that the evaluation of sport-related museum can be performed by means of using the evaluation equation. This evaluation system has an objective impartially significance. However, the author revealed the computerized evaluation system should be developed in the near future, in doing so, it can save a lot of manpower and material resources.

Abstract: Intelligent logistics is the use of integrated intelligent technology, which makes the logistics system to mimic human intelligence with the thought, perception, learning, inference and solve some problems of logistics in their ability. Association rule mining is usually more applicable and recorded in the index of discrete values. This paper analyzes theory and algorithm research of association rules data mining and presents design and development of intelligent logistics system based on data mining and association rules technology.

Abstract: Aiming at the material selection problem, a new selection method is proposed combining the multi-target grey target decision model with close value method. The new method can reflect the alternative is close to the bull's-eye and away from the close value minus the bull 's-eye, which overcomes the traditional grey target decision model of sorting scheme only consider is distance to target's influence on the decisions without considering the negative distance to target. And the variation coefficient method is used to objectively determine the index weight, avoid the arbitrariness of previous subjective weight determination. Finally, the practical example of a material selection problem is given to illustrate the practicability and effectiveness of the decision making process.

Abstract: According to the problem that classical graph-based image segmentation algorithms are not robust to segmentation of texture image. We propose a novel segmentation algorithm that GBCTRS, which overcame the shortcoming of existed graph-based segmentation algorithms N-cut and EGBIS. It extract feature vector of blocks using color-texture feature, calculate weight between each block using the neighborhood relationship, use minimum spanning tree method to clustering segmentation. The experimental show that the new algorithm is more efficient and robust to segment texture image and strong edges image.

Abstract: For the shortcomings of classsical clustering algorithms: must assign the number of clusters, the initial cluster center and initial membership degree matrix, ignore the spatial structure information, we propose a novel adaptive image segmentation algorithm based on AP clustering (AAP). We calculate the AP clustering preference parameter of different images adaptively, use the color-texture feature vector to clustering segmentation. Compare to K-Means and FCM, the new algorithm is more accurate and robust.
