Abstract: Material properties, geometry parameters and applied loads are modeled as random variables. Sensitivity of linear vibration is formulated. If displacement vector is not sensitive to a parameter, we regard it as constant. If displacement vector is very sensitive to a parameter, designer should modify its datum and provide a rational tolerance. The numerical example demonstrates the proposed method. Stochastic finite element that does not analyze sensitivity is unreasonable.

Abstract: With the rapid growth of forestry information, the amount of information on forestry is increasing rapidly. Comprehensive search engine is powerful, but its speed and accuracy of industry search is limited, owing to a host of information. According to the definition of vertical search engines,Heritrix Web Crawler and full text search framework of Lucene, this paper is mainly concerned the information of capture, indexing and search strategies in order to achieve an ideal forestry vertical search engine design. Experiments compared with comprehensive have proved the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: With the rapid development of information technology, more and more requesters need accessing the services in different access domains, which make the access process in cross-domain become more difficultly. The traditional access control models couldn’t solve the access process for their design limitations and diversity access policies. Usage control model (UCON) was proposed to strengthen the expression of access control model, but UCON is only a conceptual model. How to use the UCON in access process It is worthwhile to further study. Extensible access control markup language (XACML) is an open standard XML-based language, which can be used to describe the security policy. In order to solve the access process in different access domains, based on XACML, access process of data-flow in cross-domain usage control model is proposed in the paper. Access process of data-flow cross different domains in XACML is introduced to solve the cross-domain problem. Finally, a small example is given to verify the effectiveness of access process.

Abstract: For the problem of feature redundancy of emotion recognition based on multi-channel physiological signals and low efficiency of traditional feature reduction algorithms on great sample data, a new chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm (TM-CPSO) was proposed to solve the problem of emotion feature selection by combining tent map based chaos search mechanism and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm. The problem of falling into local minimum can be avoided by mapping the search process to the recursive procedure of the chaotic orbit. The recognition rate and efficiency was increased and the algorithm's validity was verified through the analysis of experimental simulation data and the comparison of several recognition methods.

Abstract: In the structure theory of many-valued logic function, the decision and constitution of the Sheffer function is a very important problem, which is reduced to the decision of the minimal covering of precomplete sets in the many-valued logic function sets. According to the completeness theory in partial k-valued logic and the similar relationship theory among precomplete sets, in this paper, the methods of determination on the minimal covering of regular separable function sets are found out, and the minimal covering of regular separable function sets in partial four-valued logic are decided.

Abstract: By using 62 China’s listed companies’ data and considering environmental uncertainty, I analyze the links of earnings management to nonfinancial performance measures, and then the relationships of earnings management and three suborder nonfinancial performance measures. The empirical results test that nonfinancial performance measures can help to control earnings management under increased environmental uncertainty, and so do internal process measures and learning & growth measures.

Abstract: How to monitor and predict icing load of power transmission lines are important problems for the reliability of power grid. A model based on data-driven is presented here to predict the icing load of transmission line, which is available to forecast the icing disaster of it. The fitfulness, which influencing the prediction results of icing load, is analyzed and discussed in this paper. According to the results of simulation, this model has a good accuracy of prediction if the training data and prediction data are in the same icing process. If the icing process is not same but contiguous, it also can predict the degree of icing load qualitatively.

Abstract: To extract effectively features and improve damage identification precision, this study proposed an intelligent data-fusion model by integrating fractal theory, probabilistic neural network (PNN) and data fusion. A two-span concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridge in service was used to validate the intelligent model by identifying both single- and multi-damage patterns. The results show that the intelligent model proposed can not only reliably identify damage with different noise levels, but also have an excellent anti-noise capability and robustness.

Abstract: Air pollution dispersion is a typical geographic process. A reasonable way to simulate air pollution dispersion is to modeling the dispersion and presents the results in a geographically referenced virtual environment. In this research, we apply the concept of virtual geographic environments (VGE), which is coined in the community of geographic information science, to facilitate air pollution dispersion by integrating MM5 and VGE. Because MM5 is computation intensive, the CUGrid is used in this research to decrease the computation time. Our research focuses on three key points, which are the platform design, MM5 integration and computation on CUGrid, and geographical visualization of air pollution dispersion in VGE. Based on the prototype system, a case of simulating air pollution dispersion in Pearl River Delta is employed to validate and test the rationality of the methodology. As shown in this case study, VGE can provide a good way to visualize air pollution dispersion and the CUGrid can decrease model computation time significantly.

Abstract: This work is concerned with looking for new middleware and xml data tables’ create approach to support agent-based information release system. It solves the problem that how to alternate layout ever-changing data tables those arise in information release system. Its main medium is use borland delphi development platform to develop middleware that can dynamic create different data tables for various types of enterprises so that these enterprises release their information.
