Abstract:

This thesis undertakes research of model construction of the blade, virtual machine with the UG software based on the steam turbine blade's structural features and CNC manufacturing craft. With the virtual simulation system of entire parts manufacturing based on VERICUT software, it avoids collision occurrence of components trying to cut with the machine, reduces manufacturing duration greatly of the blade production, improves quality of the blade, and reduces cost.
