Research on the Ball Annealing Parameters of Steel Cr12MoV under the Effect of Impulse Electric Field

Abstract:

The ideal parameters of steel Cr12mov was found under the effect of impulse electric field. Through the corresponding experiments of the new technology, the better ball body of the steel Cr12mov organization had been obtained, while the steel Cr12mov annealing temperature had been reduced, the holding time shortened, the hardness lowed 60 HBS comparable to ordinary annealed. The steel Cr12mov machining performance was better improved.
