The Application in TheTubular Furnace Control System Based on OPC Technology
In the industry of petrochemical, tubular furnace is a kind of energy-consumption device, therefore it appears especially significant for its controlling. Usually, it adopts kingview software for simple monitoring, which hardly lowers consumption. Moreover, because of the limitation of compiling control arithmetic, it becomes unrealistic for complicated control requirements. While MATLAB is equipped for powerful function of numerical analysis and computing, it can accomplish the designation for the complex intelligent controller and data analysis processing. The two complement each other can realize the real-time control of combining Kingview with MATLAB, but the key technology is to realize the real-communication of them. In this paper, OPC technology based on the standard interface is illustrated, and on this basis, the program of the real-communication between King view and MATLAB based on OPC is introduced. The thesis takes tubular furnace temperature control before and after preheating for example, and finally proves the advantages complementation between kingview and MATLAB, which supplies an efficient path for realizing complex control arithmetic.
