Abstract: In this paper, straight edge cutter is introduced to machine circular arc tooth belt pulley. General method of fitting circular arc with straight line was set up, and function expression of the fitting straight line was solved. By fitting theoretical contour shape of cutter for processing circular arc tooth belt pulley and contour shape of straight edge cutter, profile error formula of straight edge cutter was obtained. And fitting calculation was carried out with the maximum profile error (i.e. fitting the maximum error) on axial profile of cutter as a fitting condition. Finally it was verified with processing examples.

Abstract: Based on Boltzmann’s viscoelastic theory, the confined buckling behavior of a viscoelastic ring subjected to constant temperature difference is investigated by assumed modes method, Galerkin method and numeric method. The critical load and the stability of the solution are investigated. The evolutionary trend of the system is also analyzed.

Abstract: PID (Particle Impact Drilling) is a new drilling technology which has been developing in the near decades. Utilizing steel particles with high speed to impact the rock stratum, this technology could be used in hard terrane. Compared with ordinary drilling technologies, PID has many advantages, such as long service life, high drilling speed, and low duty cycle, etc. During the process of recycling and separating, the steel particles will inevitably encounter a part of loss. In order to keep the sum of steel particle and working efficiency, the loss rules should be intensively studied. Based on experimental studies, this paper mainly works on the screening efficiency under various conditions including volumetric flow rate of drilling fluid, viscosity and steel particle ratio, etc. It was found that the loss rate of steel particle would increase with the increasing volumetric flow rate, viscosity and steel particle ratio. Furthermore, dimensional analysis was employed to analysis the relationship between loss rate and these factors and one empirical formula was proposed.

Abstract: Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP) is a new programming technology. It compensates the weakness of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) at applying common behavior that spans multiple non-related object models. Interceptor adopts the logos of AOP and uses a way of hot swap solving these problems. At this issue, we research the AOP technology of Java Web called Struts interceptor. We show the advantage of this new programming method through an online submission and review system which using AOP method in the authentication and authorization.

Abstract: According to the limitations of calculation of the original random early detection (RED) algorithm in linear packet loss rate. This paper proposes an improved algorithm which imposes nonlinear smooth for packet loss rate function of RED algorithm. The speed of growth of packet loss rate is relatively slow near the minimum threshold, while near the maximum threshold the speed of growth of packet loss rate is relatively faster. In this case, using the trend of the average queue length to dynamically adjust the parameters of the RED algorithm, it reduces the dependence on the parameters of the RED algorithm and enhances the stability of the algorithm. NS simulation shows that this algorithm has been significantly improved for packet loss rate, throughput and other performance.

Abstract: First numeric computation of fluid field inside jet pump is conducted with continuity equation and momentum equation of steady fluid under right-angled two-dimension coordinates, and the random walk model is given. As for the method of integrating coupling pressure and momentum equation is adopted. The result is conforming to the flow of reality. Furthermore, the relation of random walk times and computing time and computing errors is analyzed in-depth. The relation of iterative times and computing errors is analyzed. It establishes a foundation for studying the flow field of jet pumps to use the Monte Carlo Method. At the meantime it develops a new field.

Abstract: An approximate approach was presented to investigate the role of shear strain in calculation deflection of a magnetostrictive thick film-substrate plate-type system. Under provided assumptions, the present model can be reduced as the previous models including thin film,long thick film with both free ends.The obtained results shows shear strain plays an important role in calculation for short and wide cantilever specimen. It is also confirmed that the present model provides a general method of calculating deflection of a film-substrate cantilever system.

Abstract: This paper is a new mode of production decision model based on fuzzy theory. The decision model was a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, Firstly, according to expert assessment method to establish fuzzy matrix, Application of the paired comparison method to establish the weight, Then considering the combined effects of factors of business costs to build mathematical decision model of order penetration point, Calculate the optimal inventory point of a variety of products in line with order penetration point, through the location of the inventory point to determine the mode of production. The case shown that the decision model can help companies determine which kind of production model can be used, Make-to-order, Make-to stock or Hybrid.

Abstract: Three ultrasonic transmitters of single power of 50W, frequency of 20~50 kHz,60~100 kHz and 100~150 kHz were used to remove bloom algae of Pengxi River in Three Gorges Area. The results show that algae are removed in some certain degree by 5 min’s irradiation of low-frequency and low-power ultrasound, the process follows the first order reaction, and the rate constant is 0.0384 min-1. In this study, the optimal ultrasonic time is 5 min, the removal of algae density and Chlorophyll-a are about 15% and 7%, the optimal frequency are 20~50 kHz and 100~150 kHz respectively.
