Abstract:

On the basis of studying the principle of centrifugal dewatering technology applied to refined cotton, the paper analyzes the key technologies of screen plugging and pushing resistance concerning problems of cotton fiber blocking screen stencil and impracticality of pushing when refined cotton is tested on P-60 centrifuge, in combination with refined cotton’s properties. Besides, measures of improvement are proposed as to the design of the centrifuge’s main components’ structures, which lays a good foundation for further development of refined cotton centrifuge.
