Evolution Law of the Traditional Baina Textile and its Application Style in the Clothing

Abstract:

The traditional Baina textile, a kind of traditional Chinese patchwork has a long history with thousands of years. It has not only quite high practical value but also profound artistic aesthetic, which demonstrating human’s plain yearning for beauty. Based on the document and literature collection, this article summarized its main style and law under the evolution. Meanwhile the paper analyzed the current application of the traditional Baina textile in the fashion industry, in order to expand the concept of modern design.
