Abstract: Compared with traditional etch processing, inkjet technology has the features of simpler workmanship, less resources-utilizing, lower cost and environmentally friendly adaptation, which is sure to be another innovation of printed circuit board(PCB) technology. In this paper, size and shape controlled silver nanoparticles have been synthesized, which was used as conductive medium in ink-jet inks. Then it was printed into conductive lines on epoxy resin by a drop-on-demand inkjet printer. PVP was used as a polymeric stabilizer providing both electrostatic and steric stabilization. Ag2C2O4 was used to prepared spherical nano-silver. In the preparation of flake-like silver powders, the fully inorganic phase system contains AgNO3 as a silver precursor, DMF as a as a media dissolving silver salt, and PVP as a reducing reagent. The morphologies and structures of the nanoparticles were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). It was shown that the sample is silver with cubic asymmetry from the pattern of XRD. TEM images indicated that the size of spherical nano-particles was no more than 20 nm. But the small triangular nanoplates, with rather narrow size distribution, were in the range from 20nm up to 60 nm in edge length. The electrical conductivity was also measured by the four-probe tested method after calcined on the substrates. It was shown that the conductivity was 25S/cm when adding the spherical powders and the nano-silver ink has been successfully designed for inkjet printing.

Abstract: An unsaturated polyester is synthesized by EG, BDO, PA, MA and other materials, and it is blocked by HEA lastly. After the resin is synthesized completely, adding additives of reactive diluent and initiator, etc, prepare the HEA-blocking unsaturated polyesters solventless impregnating varnish. The impact of technology on varnish is analyzed in the paper. The characterization of FTIR, TG, DSC and the testing result of main properties show the temperature of curing reaction is 125°C and 165°C; the temperature index of the impregnating varnish after curing is 182°C,.The volatile value of the varnish is 4.6%; The impregnating varnish has excellent electrical insulation properties, storage stability should be better.

Abstract: The RFID antenna is mainly fabricated by metal coil winding, copper or aluminum etching, plating, printing and so on. In this paper, the comparison of above methods is conducted and the progress of the printing method and water-based conductive ink are emphasized. Water-based conductive inks are environmental-friendly, economic, high applicability, and are widely used in screen printing, gravure, flexible printing, inkjet printing, etc. Although starts late and the technology is not very mature, the RFID antenna prepared by printing method has many advantages, such as low cost, high precision, easy operation, variety of substrates, etc. Thus the printing has great potential applications on the fabrication of RFID antenna. Furthermore, water-based conductive inks used in ink-jet printing RFID antenna will be the first choice of printed RFID antenna.

Abstract: During the flexo printing process of corrugated flexible resin version, precise pressure control is the key technical indicators of ink transfer, printing graphic reproduction as well as reducing the the loss of physical properties of corrugated board. The gaps △L between the printing roller and the impression cylinder were adjusted by the worm in this paper, different printing pressures are produced in the printing process, the impact of pressure change on flexo printing quality was described quantitatively. The results showed that: 7.5mm thick corrugated board used AB-type hardness of 36 Shore A, when a thickness of 3.94mm DuPont flexible resin was printed, the optimal pressure gap △L was 10.9mm, the flexible resin version of the real size was 3.73mm, and the thickness of corrugated board was 7.17mm, the board thickness was 7.30mm after decompression, the thickness of corrugated board after the printing was compressed by 2.7%. The result of this paper offers a certain theoretical reference and practical guidance to improve the quality of flexo and the production of high quality corrugated board.

Abstract: This paper is concerned with the preparation of cellulose packaging films with high oxygen permeability. The films were prepared from cotton pulp and wood pulp by the cast-wiped method using N-methymorpholine-N-oxide (NMMO) as a solvent. The effects of processing parameters on the structure and performance of cellulose films were also studied. The results show that for optimum processing of the films cotton pulp was the preferred raw material, the optimum pulp concentration in the casting solution was 5%, and the optimum temperature for the coagulation bath was 40°C. Using the above process conditions resulted in packaging films with high oxygen permeability making them suitable for use in packaging fruits and vegetables.

Abstract: The culture of Chinese white spirit is time-honored, and it’s loved by all Chinese people, so it’s also important of white spirit packaging. The paper puts forward a new and green solution of white spirit packaging with paper bottle, it’s made with mulberry/rice paper and animal blood. The paper bottle is light and green, and increases the white spirit’s nutrition value. There are several physical and chemical tests in the paper just to justify the new bottle’s performance. Physical performance test includes appearance defect test, compression and stacking test, impact resistance test, water impact strength test, permeability test and so on. Chemical performance evaluation includes stability, compatibility and endurance.

Abstract: Cationic polyacrylate emulsions with different properties were prepared in lad and used as surface sizing agent, the results showed that as the increase of solid content, the properties of paper increase at first but keep constant if the solid content increase further; as the increase of the pH value of the emulsion, the strength of the paper decrease, smoothness increase, gloss and whiteness decrease, saturation and printing density increase; the increase of the size of emulsion has adverse effects on the properties of the paper, so the size should not be too large; the viscosity should not be too large and not be too low, it should be kept in a moderate level.

Abstract: This paper focused on biodegradable tableware processed with plant fiber, which were obtained by mechanical processing corn straw, abundant in Heilongjiang Province of China. Firstly, the microstructure characteristics of tableware were described by Scan Electronic Microscope (SEM). Secondly, the dynamic mechanical property of biodegradable tableware was analyzed by DMA, which will provide a reference to optimize the biodegradable tableware design in future. And the dynamic mechanical property of biodegradable tableware also was compared with the dynamic mechanical properties of the plastic snack box. The results showed that biodegradable tableware had a highly storage modulus (E′) originally, it was 3216MPa,while the maximum storage modulus (E′) of plastic snack box was 852MPa. And the results also indicated that the treat temperature has a significant effect on the dynamic mechanical properties of biodegradable tableware, as the treat temperature increased closely to 95°C, the biodegradable tableware appeared glassy transition, but the storage modulus (1650MPa) was still much higher than that of the plastic snack box.

Abstract: 4A-type silver-loaded zeolite antibacterial agents, prepared by ion-exchanging method, were added into 2 % PVA solutions with the concentration of 0.0 %, 0.1 %, 0.3 %, 0.5 %, 0.7 %, 0.9 %, 1.0 %, 1.5 %, 2.0 %, 2.5 % and 3.0 %, and then coated on different papers to prepare antibacterial papers. Physical and mechanical properties, whiteness and smoothness of these papers were studied. The results show that the properties of the papers are not seriously affected.

Abstract: In this paper, the basic properties and degradation properties of Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate- co-4-hydroxybutyrate) [P(3HB-co-4HB)] with different 4-hydroxybutyrate (4HB) molar fraction were investigated. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), polarized optical microscopy (POM), mechanical testing, weight loss and scanning electron microscope (SEM)were used to determine the basic properties and degradation process of P(3HB-co-4HB).The results show that: P(3HB-co-4HB) is an environment friendly and biodegradable materials, the physical properties, the size and morphology of the spherulites change a lot as the 4HB molar fraction changes, the degradation in soil results in loss of weight and roughness of the material surface.
