Article Preview

Abstract:

This article introduces the basic principle for the data envelopment analysis (DEA), brings forward the evaluation method for the hierarchical effectiveness of DEA .By using DEA, a comparative study of investment validity is carried out for 18 regions of Henan from 2005 to 2009.In order to achieve the ranking of investment effects in Henan regions, reveal the regional investment effect, and draw up the figure of flying wild goose of regional investment effectiveness in Henan. According to the analysis, we come up with some proposals to improve the effectiveness of the investment in Henan.
