Abstract: This paper presents a point cloud reconstruction algorithm which based on SVR(support vector regression) . Firstly, the point cloud data pre-processing, filter out noise points. Then train the point by SVR , and we can get the function of surface expression. Finally, using the Marching Cube algorithm to visualize the implicit function. Experimental results show that the algorithm is more robust and more efficient.

Abstract: Recently more and more distributed generations(DG) are accessed in distribution system. So we analyze how DG influence the distribution system. In order to make the result of network reconfiguration more closely to the reality, we build a network configuration model for distribution system with DG which contains three load modes, and we bring forth a composite algorithm which contains improved binary particle swarm optimization based on loop circuit and genetic algorithm, and combine with the taboo algorithm to avoid circuitous search. This composite algorithm can not only increase the search speed, but also effectively overcome the precocity. The simulation results show that after the network reconfiguration, the network loss has been greatly reduced, and this verifies the effectiveness of this algorithm.

Abstract: In view of the defect of traditional water quality evaluation model, principal component analysis method is developed to evaluate surface water quality in Baoying country. By SPSS software, principal component model is applied to evaluate water quality at representative sections in Baoying surface area. Principal component analysis is a way to reduce orginal dimension, to make multiple variables inti a few comprehensive index. By the combination of variables index, adjusting the combinatorial coefficient to make the new variables representative independent. The process is introduced in the paper in detail. The results indicate that principal component model is suitable for water quality evaluation. By analysis, it is important to pay attention to bring into effective measures for pollution control.

Abstract: By establishing the high-tech industry competitiveness evaluation index system, we apply the factor analysis and cluster analysis methods to evaluation and analysis on high-tech industry competitiveness in East China of six provinces and one city. The result shows that the comprehensive score of Fujian stands at the lower level in the whole country, but the efficiency ability, innovation and effect ability factors rank up the average level. So we suggest that Government should adjust the industrial and regional structure, develop the high-tech industry branding and standardized and so on to promote the development of the high-tech industry and then improve its competitiveness in Fujian.

Abstract: Almost everyone has been in the situation where they are locked out of their house and it would be helpful if there is a way for them to lock or unlock the door without using a key. This paper explains the design of a deadbolt lock that is controlled through the phone line and can be locked or unlocked remotely from anywhere. This project consists of circuit to pick up a phone call and determine the keys pressed by the user at the other end of the telephone line as well as the software to verify an input password and ultimately control the lock. The paper details the steps it took to create the final design of the project, the problems encountered, and the final results. It also examines the estimated cost of manufacturing this product.

Abstract: Effects of electromagnetic filling parameters on Density of Al-Si alloy in low pressure casting were investigated. The key influential factors on Density of Al-Si Alloy were determined by orthogonal testing. The results show that the influential orders of electric current, magnetic inductivity and cyclic time on the density of the ZL114 alloy are as follows: electric current, then magnetic inductivity, and then cyclic time. Electric current and electromagnetic field can effectively improve the density of the ZL114 alloy in low pressure casting.

Abstract: Embedding microcontroller into sensor in order to make it smart has become one of development trends of sensor, especially for MEMS sensor. In this paper, the way of embedding microcontroller into sensor to design the digital micromachined thermal gas gyroscope (DMTGG) is discussed. The scheme of micromachined thermal gas gyroscope (MTGG) is introduced first, basing on it, the design of DMTGG is proposed. The design of digital drive module for MTGG, the design of signal detection of MTGG based on digital phase sensitive detector, and the design of embedded microcontroller system are introduced. The designed DMTGG has been tested by experiments. The measurement results of DMTGG show a system scale factor of 4.119mV/(o/s) ,a non-linearity of 0.38 %, a dissymmetry of 0.19%, a zero-bias stability of 1.05 o/s and a noise density of 0.95 o/s/Hz-1/2.

Abstract: The capability to plan a trajectory from a start to a goal position is essential for a mobile robot in order to obtain autonomy in navigation. The FM2 motion planner is a Fast Marching based algorithm that obtains the shortest geometric path between the safe possible ones. The safety, smoothness and reliability of the obtained trajectories have previously been theoretically demonstrated and make this planner suitable for applying it in a real robot. This paper attempts to measure the capabilities of the FM2 planner beyond theoretical results. As a previous step to apply it in our real robots, the FM2 planner is integrated as a plug-in driver in the Player/Stage multirobot simulation tool and the algorithm is tested under different environments and robot platforms. The results presented in this paper show the power of the FM2 method and the adequateness of the approach.

Abstract: Efficient storage and retrieval of multidimensional data in large volumes has become one of the key issues in the design and implementation of commercial and application software. The kind of queries posted on such data is also multifarious. Nearest neighbor queries are one such category and have more significance in GIS type of application. R-tree and its sequel are data partitioned hierarchical multidimensional indexing structures that help in this purpose. Today’s research has turned towards the development of powerful analytical method to predict the performance of such indexing structures such as for varies categories of queries such as range, nearest neighbor, join, etc .This paper focuses on performance of R*-tree for k nearest neighbor (kNN) queries. While general approaches are available in literature that works better for larger k over uniform data, few have explored the impact of small values of k. This paper proposes improved performance analysis model for kNN query for small k over random data. The results are tabulated and compared with existing models, the proposed model out performs the existing models in a significant way for small k

Abstract: Quality costing is an important part of quality cost management. How to adjust quality and cost scientifically is the focus of attention. Firstly from the perspective of the activity, this paper analyzes limitations of current quality cost accountings, and proposes the idea of quality costing under activity-based-costing. At the same time, this article constructs the theoretical model of activity quality costing, and designs mathematical calculation model specifically for the quality costing on the basis of original activity-based costing mathematical calculation model. Finally the author gives operation steps of activity quality costing.
