Abstract: With its great power on consumers’ buying behavior, online word-of-mouth marketing has become an important marketing approach for enterprises. Mechanism research of OWOM marketing is very important to the successful implementation of OWOM marketing. Based on the combination of S-O-R model and AISAS pattern, this paper establishes an OWOM marketing mechanism model, divides OWOM marketing into four stages and give some suggestions on OWOM marketing.

Abstract: As a result of the complicated framework, there are many difficulties to assess assignment plan of engineering series equipment. The purpose is to assess structure of assignment plan of engineering series equipment. An assessment method of structure of assignment plan of engineering series equipment based on value judgment is put forward. Relative index systems and assessment models are established. The assessment method can offer a typical example to the assessment of other analogous assignment plan of equipment.

Abstract: Return is a critical but controversial issue. To deal with such a vague return problem, business must improve information transparency about end users’ return activities. This research proposed an agent-based architecture for return administration. The intelligent return administration expert system (iRAES) architecture consists of two KDD mechanisms and two intelligent agents that can predict the possibility of the end user will return the product (via return diagnosis agent, RDA) and provide return centre staff with recommendations for return administration (via return recommender agent, RRA). iRAES is implemented successfully and adopts hybrid artificial intelligent algorithms, including the following: data mining is employed to implement the RDA agent, and case-based reasoning is adopted to design the RRA agent. A demonstrated 3C-iShop scenario is presented to illustrate the feasibility and efficiency of iRAES architecture. As the experiment results show, iRAES can decrease the 70% effort for return administration evaluation and improve performance with return administration suggestions by 37%. Therefore, return administration and the knowledge management about product return can be accelerated via iRAES.

Abstract: The Packaging sector is an important global industry, representing about 2% of the Gross National Product of the developed countries. In recent years deteriorating items packaging such as food and pharmacy packaging has been developing by high speed, attempting to product safety, shelf-life of products, environmental condition and consumer convenience. So the new initiative methods have been studying and implementing to develop the function of this industry which smart techniques for packaging are samples of this method. This techniques have high power for security the quality or safety of deteriorating items by using the less additives or deteriorate prevented materials that cause the reduce within of the waste, venom and allergies. Smart systems can increase production efficiency, precise and continual and surveillance, product pursuit wherever at supply chains and finally increases the safety factor of consuming safe product and reduces the protests from consumer. The fundamental point is that how we use this technique to improve the system condition. In this research we survived the effect of implementing smart packaging on inventory control also the system has been compared before and after implementing the smart packaging by using mathematical model.

Abstract: This study presents a new process for fabricating microlens and microlens arrays directly on a surface of polystyrene using a CO2 laser. The working spot of the polystyrene is heated locally by a focused CO2 laser beam, which tends to have a hyperboloid profile due to the surface tension and can be used as a microlens. The microlenses with different dimensions were fabricated by changing the power of the laser beam. Microlens array was also fabricated with multiple scans of the laser beam on the polystyrene surface.

Abstract: In this paper, thermal postbuckling of a beam-like structure subjected to a uniform thermal loading is studied both theoretically and experimentally. In theory aspect, the equations governing the axial and transverse deformations of beams are derived. The two equations are reduced to a single nonlinear fourth-order integral-differential equation governing the transverse deformations. The analytical method presented here offers a simple yet efficient solution approach to analyze the bistable behavior of microbeam or beam-like structures under thermal loading. Then, microfabricated double-clamped beams are chosen as experimental object due to its precise dimensions and easy loading method. The lab-made HF vapor system was used to release the suspended structures with satisfactory results. After the fabrication and measurement, by comparing the theoretical results with experimental results, an excellent agreement is gotten. It proves not only the validity of the solution obtained here, on the other hand, importantly, it also demonstrates a new field for MEMS as another easy and accurate tool to investigate mechanics problems. With the accurate solutions for posbuckling beams, we apply it into new electrothermal postbuckling actuators, a big deflection promising the possibility of a new kind of actuator.

Abstract: An outline of electric vehicles industry in the national smart grid plan and a conceptual framework for the vehicle-to-grid implementation in China is presented, and the relationship between battery energy package and smart grid is also discussed in this paper. The analysis and research based on the energy package management and charging station requirements are stated. This paper also does research on reasonable charge and discharge of the Li-ion battery with the performance degradation, which are the key issues of the development of electric vehicles. At last the paper will discuss briefly on the fast charge method, which saves time of charge battery and favors life span of battery system. When plenty of electric vehicles connecting to the grid, advanced energy scheduling and optimization control strategy of Li-ion battery demand consideration of time factor and the gird needs.

Abstract: Based on W-RPKM which takes a wavelet scale function as shape function in reproducing kernel particle method proposed in this paper, establish a torsion micro-mirror coupled model of the bend and twist. The higher the order Wavelet basis function sub-space, the higher the degree of approximation of the true solution. The key parameters --Pull-in and twist angle of torsional micro-mirror locate at the large gradient space where the amplitude of wavelet scale function is more large, so exact parameters we care about can be valued acutely.

Abstract: In this paper we have analyzed the sensitivity to over-etching of our recently proposed improved V-Shaped microcantilever. For V-shaped microcantilever, the final length is very sensitive to over-etching because of the sharp corner at the free end of the cantilever. It has been observed that for different values of over-etching the improved V-shape microcantilever tip is more robust compared to the linear counterpart.

Abstract: This paper discloses the design and finite element modeling of a flexible micro thermoelectric generator (TEG), which incorporates microfluidic channel to enhance the role of the heat sink. Polyimide substrate is used to accounts for the flexibility while PDMS microfluidic is chosen in the analysis. A study has been conducted to optimize the design parameters of thermo element length, cross-sectional area and the number of thermocouples acceptable in a prescribed area. The polysilicon thermocouple with 0.7 µm thick and 5 µm width is found to have the optimum length of 36 µm. For a device in the size of 1mm x 1mm and with a 5 K temperature difference across the heat source and heat sink, the open-circuit voltage is 1.373 V and the output power is 0.831 µW/mm2 under matched load resistance. The computational result also shows that by increasing the footprint area of the thermocouples with the step of 1 mm2, a substantial increase in the output voltage and power is observed.observed.
