Abstract: Nickel nanoparticles are successfully obtained by the pyrolytic decomposition of NiC2O4. 2H2O in the argon gas. The pyrolysates of NiC2O4. 2H2O in the argon gas are investigated by TG-DSC and TEM. The results show that there are two stages in the process of the pyrolytic decomposition of NiC2O4. 2H2O in the argon gas. The crystal water in NiC2O4. 2H2O is lost from 200 °C to 300 °C. NiC2O4 is pyrolysized into nickel powder from 325 °C to 425 °C. At the same time, the influence of temperature on the particle size of the decomposition is more from 254.4 °C to 407.5 °C. The influence of temperature on the particle size of the decomposition is less from 407.5 °C to 450.0 °C. Therefore, the pyrolytic condition of NiC2O4. 2H2O in the air is controlled if nickel nanoparticles are prepared.

Abstract: quantization of channel capacity has significant value in information theory, and its concept is described in this paper. It is proved that channel capacity of quantum and classical communication theory has similar properties according to related definition. Channel capacity of optical communication is analyzed and studied. Then, the channel capacities with different parameters are calculated and exhibited. The relationship among the channel capacity C, average thermal photon numbers 〈M〉and average signal photon numbers K are displayed. As a result, by choosing the parameters reasonably, the signal communication efficiency is improved.

Abstract: Natural gas pipeline network is one of the most important city lifeline. Because of the complex process of pipeline operation, there has not an authoritative and reliable way to detect leakage. Taking into account the current continuous progress of pipeline network simulation and mature of gas SCADA system, the fault of natural gas pipeline network can be diagnosed by pattern recognition method. The method takes full advantage of the existing detection technology and the actual condition of the pipe network. It is very useful for pipeline safety management and maintenance.

Abstract: In accordance with the theory of software engineering life cycle and the process of project development, the paper designs and implementations the weighbridge network monitoring system based on RFID. Paper firstly describes the goal of building a system, analyzes the system's functional and non functional requirements. On this basis, the paper discusses the physical architecture, software architecture and development environment. Combined with interface technology such as RFID, infrared locator and anti-fraud monitoring and business process, this paper designs three-tier software architecture and key interface of the system. Finally, through the design and implement of the test case, the fix of the software bugs, this paper indicates that the system test results are reasonable and correct.

Abstract: On the basis of the analysis of the group OA platform’s features, we propose and design the group OA platform architecture with Domino/Notes and SAN. We apply optical storage, cluster, disaster-tolerant backup and distributed deployment in the platform design and introduce technical implementation briefly. Transmission management, user (authority) management and performance optimization on OA platform with Domino/Notes 7 are also included. At last, the rationality of the platform design and the validity of management methodology are proved through case study in computer engineering.

Abstract: In order to extract major components of signal, multi-component nonstationary acoustic signal was analyzed with time-frequency analysis technique. By transforming multi-component nonstationary acoustic signal from time domain to time-frequency domain with short time Fourier transform, major components were determined according to spectrogram. Results show that major components and its time-frequency characteristic parameters can be extracted exactly. Short time Fourier transform is an effective method for extracting major components of nonstationary acoustic signal.

Abstract: Based on anglicizing characteristics of the proportional resonance controller (resonant, PR), against the defects of the PR controller, combined with permanent magnet synchronous motor mathematical model, a rotor flux oriented vector control strategy based on a novel improve the PR controller is introduced. Finally, MATLAB /simulink was used to simulate the model above. The system got good dynamic and static responses, verifying the correctness and feasibility of the proposed method.
