Abstract: On the basis of the study on the expressway management business flow as well as the SOA architecture concept, this paper designs the overall framework for a systematical expressway management information platform, which includes network of 3 levels, grading processing, comprehensive monitoring, comprehensive information application management, web portal and security system, and then designs the overall technical frame of this platform. Road administration is the core part of highway administration and the concentrated reflection of external highway administrative management. In addition to the approval of highway property, construction, maintenance and management, its main contents also involve the highway maintenance, highway entrance fee management and other road maintenance. It covers a wide range and there is so much information of deferent types to be processed and used. Although domestic and foreign roads and road administration departments have some information management systems in use, some are special highway road administration information systems[1,2], and some are highway comprehensive information management systems[3], the integrated comprehensive highway information management contents are lack of research, and the professional, comprehensive, open road administration information platform has not been established yet. Therefore, the author conducted the design of constructing advanced road administration information platform structure. This platform uses the service oriented architecture (SOA), integrates advanced information network technology, data communications monitoring and transmission technology, electronic control technology, computer processing technique with 3S, PDA and other advanced technologies, so that it is effectively integrated and used in the highway information management. The construction of the platform will realize the effective and scientific management for highways business, ensuring that the highways are unblocked, and maintaining the road property and rights of highways, thus promoting the development of the industrial management information.

Abstract: At present, the development of new energy in China is in an early stage, with incomplete management modes. As a new mechanism of energy saving based on market mechanism, the Energy Management Contract (EMC) is an important basis for establishment of management methods of new energy in China. As is an initiative with respect to energy-saving concepts, the EMC is intended to address the biggest problem of current promotion of new energy in the application and utilization of new energy saving projects for customers, by undertaking all early inputs and most of risks related to project implementation.

Abstract: Robotic–assisted surgery is a new trend in medicine. To overcome problems in artificial cervical disc replacement surgery, a robot-assisted surgery system which consists of an active 6-UPS parallel robot and its control system, a surgical planning system and an optical tracking system was developed to replace the cumbersome mechanical positioning device. A positioning method for robot-assisted cervical disc replacement surgery will be studied. Firstly, the robot-assisted surgery system is described. Secondly, the coordinate transformation method for robot-assisted surgery positioning is given. Then, a preoperative position and pose planning method is given. Finally, a robot-assisted surgery positioning by using the method in this paper is carried out. The result shows that the robot-assisted surgery positioning method in this paper is an effective method for artificial cervical disc replacement surgery.

Abstract: For representing the coupling relationships among various correlate elements in the formation process of assembly qualities, the mapping relations between the structure domain and the quality domain was established on the basis of analyzing the hybrid structure assembly. Through classifying the quality characteristics, the quality domain was divided into two sub-sets which are quality control points set and quality attributes set. Defining the relevant elements in the model, such as vertex, arc, etc by the theory of network flow, the coupling relations among various quality control points in the formation process of assembly qualities were reflected. According to the sequence of quality control points entering into assembly environment, their corresponding hierarchy in the model were determined, which presents the timing sexual of the formation process of assembly qualities. At last, a correlation-model between quality attributes and quality control points in the assembly process of complex product based on network flow was established, which would be the theoretical basis for the dynamic tolerance optimization of quality control points. An example of an automobile active gear axle assembly was given to demonstrate the feasibility of the correlation-model.

In the paper, optimization model is established with coal-loading capacity as the objective function, and it make use of Matlab software to realize optimization of spiral drum.

Abstract: The evaluation of economy benefits of small watershed warping dams system program mainly includes foundation benefit, economic benefit, ecological benefit, social benefit on project construction. The thesis takes this small watershed planning scheme 30- year computation time as object of study ,on its soil conservation benefit, storage benefit, planting benefits and rationalities irrigation benefit, block mud benefit, economic indexes such as flood protection benefits were analyzed and calculated ,for dam system planning scheme of the economic rationality assessment provides evaluation basis. Using natural "catch-basin" concept, the people of loess plateau created warping dam whose role is storing muddy and releasing clearing, intercept sediment and silting farmland, which is a kind of soil and water conservation engineering measures. Since liberation, in the middle Yellow River area has built more than 110,000 warping dams, exceeding 0.3million hm2 place has been silting into dam land and accumulated retard mud 2.1 million tons. Since 1990s, in order to give full play to the operation safety and overall benefit of warping dams, which has formed the construction concept of dam is "in tributaries as skeletons, small watershed as a unit, matching key dam, small and middle warping dams to construction the dam system of gullies"[1]. Further assure the operation safety and the overall benefit of warping dams, which has been brought into full play. A watershed which is in order to limitation of control the flood and sediment to realize the long-term goals of soil and water conservation. Through the field survey and measurement, selected the dam system layout scheme , determinded the engineering construction scheme of the dam system of the river basin, dam system altogether layout 5 key dam (including 3 seats new dams , 2 seats old dam which is need reinforcement ) ,15 seats small and middle warping dams ,and the project under construction will last for 3 years. Basis to the specification requirement, we need evaluation analysis the planning scheme for engineering benefit. Dam system’s engineering benefits include foundation benefit, economic benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit. Basis to the specification requirement, engineering planning after the project implementation produced by the foundation and economic benefit emphatically analyzes, ecological and social benefits are briefly analyzed[2].

Abstract: In the power systems, frequency is an important parameter for harmonic analysis. This paper proposes a modified high precision zero-crossing detection method. The high frequency noise will affect the power system’s frequency measurement, FIR processing is used for the power signal. Simulation shows that after effective De-noising or when the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is higher, the method can reach the precision of 0.01Hz and meet the requirements of frequency measurement precision.

Abstract: Simulating fish behavior is a typical application in artificial life studies. The traditional approaches are based on solving equations of mathematical physics. They are only able to simulate few fishes in real time. This motivates us to present a rapid approach capable of simulating fishes. Our approach adopts motion graph to represent the athletic ability of fish, and uses a path planning to simulate various behaviors based on the motion graph. Experiments show that this approach is very efficient and has great potential in simulating large-scale fish shoal.
