Abstract: In this paper, we analyze characteristics of two kinds of GA-Based neural networks. For large scale neural networks, it is necessary to optimize the initial network parameters. Using the global optimum ability of GA(Genetic Algorithm), we optimize the initial weights and biases of BPNN (Back-Propagation Neural Networks), which can avoid the local minimum. And we also optimize the spread coefficient of Gaussian Radial Basis Function of PNN (Probabilistic Neural Networks). Then the results in transformer fault diagnosis are compared. Experimental results based on Matlab show that the method of GA-Based greatly increases the reliability of diagnosis.

Abstract: Auto-stereoscopic display uses LCD odd column pixels as left eye’s view image display and even column pixels as right eye’s,its can be perceived stereo vision by using special optic element to alter the light way of display and eye’s image system. The display panel’s optic structure contains on-off marrow slot illumination panel, TFT-LCD cell and backlight module. In this paper, We put forward an assemble method called dynamical assemble for 3D TFT LCD panel which used in our research work, .and analyzed its effect.

Abstract: In order to improve vehicle steering stability, the influence of tire loads and steering system to the vehicle stability is taken into account in this paper, and the 4WS vehicle model is established and modeling and simulation research is carried through with the Matalab/simulink. The results point out the differences and characters of vehicle control mode in low speed and high speed. This model provides a method for 4WS vehicle design, improvement and optimization, and also provides reference for 4WS theory research and test check.

Abstract: With the development of the knowledge economy and a digital society, knowledge and information become the most basical elements of the production, not mention the Fujian cross-strait’s cooperation in information industry, it need the information. So, it is essential to build information platform for the cooperation. This article embarked from the construction goal of the information platform, elaborated the construction of the overall idea and its principle, has analyzed the influencing factors in building information platform, and do a certain amount of introduction in the function of the information platform, and finally the post-maintenance issues.

Abstract: The problem of the frequency estimation of MPSK signal in unknown fading channel is too complicated and there is no research result for this problem at present, while we often meet these problems in practice. The method mentioned in this paper compensates the channel effects before the estimation the carrier frequency. This method is more simple and efficient than the method which uses frequency and channel impulse response for the joint estimation, and it is more convenient to remove modulation for MPSK signal. Compared with the frequency estimation research of non-fading channel, the estimation performance falls only about 3dB. So, this method can satisfy most application needs.

Abstract: According to the spatial meshing theory, the relative coordinate systems of non-backlash double-roller enveloping hourglass worm is established, the helix line and tooth surface equation are deduced. According to worm helix line equation, generating model with Pro/E, parametric modeling by Pro/Toolkit which is the secondary development tool belongs to Pro/E, programming relevant software.

Abstract: Power lithium battery state of charge (SOC) is an important parameter for the measure of battery charge remaining, SOC estimation of Power lithium battery accurate or not, affect its performance and service life directly. thus, it is particularly important to improving the accuracy estimation of SOC further, combined characteristics of battery time-varying, SOC estimation method was proposed based on radial basis function neural network (RBF) in this paper, experiment results show that the RBF network algorithm can improve the estimation accuracy of SOC.

Abstract: Compared to superheterodyne receiving circuits, the Zero-IF receiving circuits is featured by simple structure, integration accessibility to miniaturization and No image frequency interference, which saves the image frequency suppression filter with both high cost and low integration accessibility. The signal channel in Zero-IF receiving circuit can be set in low frequency and only a low-pass filter is thus needed. However, the native defects in Zero-IF receiving circuits, such as DC drift, LO leakage and LF Noise, lead to constant failures in achieving the Zero-IF. Therefore, by analysing these defects, two principal improvements are made in the design of a certain 915MHz mobile communication terminal receiving circuits, based on which the simulation design is completed and its feasibility and rationality have been theoretically verified through simulation softwares ADIsimRF and ADS.

Abstract: With the increasingly stringent emission control regulations, selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology is considered to be the most promising method in removal NOx from diesel exhaust. In this paper, the method based on model development was adopted to conduct the overall program design of hardware and software of SCR control system. The real-time simulation was constructed based on the AD5435 control system hardware rapid prototyping, and the model of the system software was built based on Matlab / Simulink. Real-time monitoring interface was designed to monitor and calibrate the parameters. CAN bus was used to realize the information interaction and SCR system control.
