Abstract: How to efficiently introduce creative human capital of family enterprises, disclose the relationship between creative human capital and profit, human capital, the quantity of labor, earning distribution relationship, knowledge accumulation & institutional innovation are big tasks for Chinese enterprises’ growth. Abstract: For the problem∂⁄∂xi(∂ij(x/ε)∂uε/∂xi∂)=f(x), we present a multiscale FEεM to solve it when Ω is a complete periodic structure. The algorithm holds two characteristics: First the strain exists good accuracy on boundary layer; Second the computer memory that it needs is independent of ε .We use numerical experiments to investigate our results.

Abstract: It should be designed one kind of reputation system based on the public-key certificate system to assure the strangers in the environment of E-Business to guarantee integrity transactions. This reputation system should satisfy the transaction characteristics of entity in the E-business, which can not only store the reputation evaluation data in a distributed way but also delete the malicious entity effectively based on certificate revocation mechanisms. Aiming at the transaction characteristics of objectivity, simplicity and utility, this paper gives us an improvement on add algorithm and subtraction algorithm for reputation data in the system. At last, using the experiment in analog simulation, it shows that the reputation system can realize those functions effectively.

Abstract: In this study, we propose a facial feature replacement system, which uses the triangulation algorithm to perform facial feature replacement in each segmented triangular region associated with control points. The experimental results show that our system provides quite natural composite images. In addition, the system is flexible and has no limit in the shape, size, and plane rotation of the faces which are processed.

Abstract: Based on the MIRON UCP800 rotary and tilting table five-axis machine, this paper studies the mathematical model of Five-Axis machining and derives the algorithm formula of Six-Coordinate axis vector into five-axis AC rotary and tilting table. The Post-Processing process of turning the source file to the machine tool path code is fulfilled by using coordinate transformation matrix; with reading the cutting location file line by line, a dedicated five-axis milling post-processing software through adapting the Keyword-Triggered method is developed by using object-oriented program in the paper. First completing construction of Five-Axis machine tools mode in the VERICUT simulation environment, then manufacturing the whole shaft by ternary simulation of impeller machining in NX, and the simulation results shows that the function of Post-Processing software Star-Fpost. The software can provide the actual processing of information for MIKRON UCP800 five-axis machine tools.

Abstract: Considering the tough characteristics of the lunar environment and the long-distance between the moon and the earth, it is important to perform an experiment on the ground to validate the mobility and rideability of the lunar rover. This paper presents an environment simulation system of lunar rover experiment based on deeply analysis on lunar environment and existing simulation technology. The environment simulation system of lunar rover experiment could be used in series important experiments of lunar rover. It could simulate vacuum, high and low temperature range, and ultra-violet radiation environment of the moon and it could also manufacture the simulated lunar dust applied to engineering test. This system consists of four parts: the vacuum chamber subsystem, turntable subsystem, simulated lunar dust manufacture subsystem and test subsystem. The actual lunar rover driving conditions could be verified by this environment simulation system. The development of this system has great helpful to guarantee the lunar exploration mission accomplished successfully.

Abstract: Base on the analysis of the localization of the demodulation methods, a new optimizing arithmetic model, the energy operator optimizing arithmetic, is put forward first. Through theoretical analysis and engineering application, this new arithmetic is compared with the classic arithmetic, Hilbert demodulating method, from the precision, sensitivity, anti-jamming, complexion and some other fields by experiments. At last, this dissertation validates that the high-frequency resonance technique based on energy operator optimizing arithmetic which combine with LabView is availability with gear fault diagnosis that increase the frequency resolution of demodulation spectrum.

Abstract: This paper proposed a method and a prototype using static analysis to detect security of computer software. There are many buffer overflow vulnerabilities in released software. It uses the static object code analysis technology to detect buffer overflow, and analysis some unsafe function to determine whether the software has some default. It compares the different results of the proposed tool and traditional buffer overflow detecting tools, the false alarm rate is less than others, false negative rate is same as others.

Abstract: The degradable and well-distributed calcium alginates were obtained successfully by ionically cross-linking reaction which was the oxidized Sodium Alginate reflected with calcium ions. Their biological performances were investigated by testing swelling ratio, compression strength and degradation. The effects of oxidation degree and cross-linking density on the properties of calcium alginate were assessed. The results show the swelling ratios of samples were almost no effect whether modified or unmodified, furthermore modified calcium alginate had better degradation performance than unmodified.Lastly, oxidation may reduced the compression strength of samples,but increasing of ionically cross-linking density can enhance the mechanical strength.
