Abstract: Because of lacking detailed metadata information in the traditional geospatial data, it would lead to being short of part semantic information. Facing the demand of interoperability in growing application of geographic information service, Ontology technology is regarded as one of Effective approach to solve the question of data heterogeneous and interoperability. So in this paper, it would use some new theory and methods of ontology into geographic Information Services, which would solve the difficulties of the geographical spatial data integration. Facing the demand of interoperability in growing application of geographic information service, Ontology techology is widely noticed in the past few years, and is regarded as one of Effective approach to solve the question of data heterogeneous and interoperability. Using the mapping of concepts and attributes, ontology expresses practical geographic space in Semantic level, analyzing the structure and content of geographical spatial database and setting up corresponding domain ontology. At last , it use some logical operations to solve the question of data heterogeneous and interoperability. So in this paper, it would use some new theory and methods of ontology into geographic Information Services, which would solve the difficulties of the geographical spatial data integration.

Abstract: A CAN/LIN bus-based distributed vehicle electronic control system is designed and nodes of the control system are defined in this paper. The simulation of system designed is completed by Vector CANoe, which gives the results of bus load, peak load and the delayed time that transmitted on CAN bus. The sequence of message scheduling and the interval of message transmitted on LIN bus are also listed to show the reliability of CAN/LIN bus-based distributed vehicle electronic control system.

Abstract: For the lack of self-adaptivity to environments, a measurement model based on weighted information fusion is presented in particle filter. Combined with color information and movement information of object, color histogram and motion Information histogram are built respectively, and then present a weighted linear model as the measurement model. The center-around method is adopted to compute the weight in the linear model. Lastly, a mass of experiments show the presented method be effective.

Abstract: In the paper a digital watermarking algorithm based on chaotic encryption and wavelet transform is proposed. It uses Arnold transform to encrypt the original watermark image, and then decomposes the original host image to different frequency sub-image, combining with the merits of transform domain watermarking algorithm. The encrypted watermark image is embedded into the low-frequency coefficients of image by wavelet transformation. Experimental results confirm that the algorithm has good robustness.

Abstract: This paper uses singular function method to analyze the deformation of simplified model of suspension bridge in the moving load, deduces the mathematical equations of the deflection and bending moment, analyzes the simplified model changes of mechanical deformation at different moving load position by using numerical analysis software mathcad,studies the most unfavorable load position and maximum absolute bending moment in a group of concentrated load, gets the results that the maximum absolute bending moment of suspension bridge section depends on the size of the load, mobile location and its distribution in a moving load. The moment influence line used by singular function is smooth segmentation functions. Researching findings provide theoretical basis for the design of suspension bridge.

Abstract: Based on image enhancement-theory of space domain method, gray-scale transformation, histogram adjustment, smoothing, sharpening filters and so on, which are analyzed. On this basis, image enhancement is carried on simulation and programming to use MATLAB. Results are analyzed and compared with gray-scale transformation, histogram adjustment, smoothing, sharpening filters of space domain method, indicating better to improve the image to adopt smoothing filtering.

Abstract: During the process of mechanical product design, it is difficult for designer to obtain the required knowledge accurately. Through analyzing knowledge requirements of collaborative design, as well as the close relationship of knowledge with knowledge, business and people, we presents a new knowledge integration patterns and mechanism oriented to product collaboration design. Then according to the characteristics of knowledge integration system for collaborative design, a knowledge integration system framework oriented to product collaboration design is presented. Finally we develop a prototype system of knowledge integration supporting product collaboration design.

Abstract: A practical tool for multiple simulation tasks of gas engine has been developed in order to meet the needs coming from factory, institute and academic for research & develop platform. In the tool, not only can aircraft engine and ship engine be visually modeled and all of data can be setup in the window, but also different simulating tasks can be completed, such as flight performance, linear state space model, transient & fault simulating and gas path analysis. The objective of this paper is to provide the comprehensive overview of multiple simulation tasks of gas engine.

Abstract: Measurements of seepage are fundamental for earth dam surveillance. However, it is difficult to establish an effective and practical dam seepage prediction model due to the nonlinearity between seepage and its influencing factors. Genetic Algorithm for Levenberg-Marquardt(GA-LM), a new neural network(NN) model has been developed for predicting the seepage of an earth dam in China using 381 databases of field data (of which 366 in 2008 were used for training and 15 in 2009 for testing). Genetic algorithm(GA) is an ecological system algorithm, which was adopted to optimize the NN structure. Levenberg-Marquardt (LM) algorithm was originally designed to serve as an intermediate optimization algorithm between the Gauss-Newton(GN) method and the gradient descent algorithm, which was used to train NN. The predicted seepage values using GA-LM model are in good agreement with the field data. It is demonstrated here that the model is capable of predicting the seepage of earth dams accurately. The performance of GA-LM has been compared with that of conventional Back-Propagation(BP) algorithm and LM algorithm with trial-and-error approach. The comparison indicates that the GA-LM model can offer stronger and better performance than conventional NNs when used as a quick interpolation and extrapolation tool.
