The Assessment of Product Information Quality in Digitization Manufacturing Processes

Abstract:

Information quality of product plays a very important role in digitization manufacturing. In this paper, firstly, the content of product information in digitization manufacturing processes is analyzed in detail. Then, assessment index system of product information quality is constructed. Thirdly, assessment method of product information quality based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is also proposed. Finally, an investigation of product quality inspection and measurement information in one enterprise proves that the method can assess product information quality in digitization manufacturing effectively, which lays a foundation for decisions-making.
