Abstract: In this paper, take the wet multi-disc brake of underground engineering truck as research object, combined with the complex modal analysis theory and FEM, and establish the FEM model of the wet multi-disc brake based on ABAQUS. Through complex modal analyzing on the wet multi-disc brake, obtain the main factors of brake noise during braking and provide improved measures to decrease the brake noise combined with analysis results. It provides a theoretical basis in the design of wet multi-disc brakes and has a practical engineering significance.

Through the establishment of data warehouse system, realize the integrated management and application of geological design, drilling design and real time information of drilling. In the process of collaborative design under network environment, provide a convenient and unified data analysis platform for specialists and designers in different fields. This paper describes the design and implementation of data warehouse system in detail.

Abstract: The semi-aerobic landfill and anaerobic landfill simulation experimental devices were constructed. The leachate that lay at the bottom and space horizon of two landfilling devices was sampled periodically, and the content of ammonia nitrogen (Recorded as C(NH3-N)) was determined. Based on the monitoring data of the leachate that were located at bottom of devices in the 69 th week, the rule of C(NH3-N) that came from the bottom of the two landfilling devices with time change was simulated, and its reasons for the differences were compared and analyzed; the monitoring data of the upper, middle and lower C(NH3-N) were processed during the stable operation phase of waste degradation by using Sufer and Excel software, then the spatial variability and differences of leachate C(NH3-N) of two landfilling devices were discussed. The experimental results indicated that the content of leachate C(NH3-N) that located at upper, middle and lower layers as well as the bottom of semi-aerobic landfill were lower than the corresponding layer of the anaerobic landfill. Compared with the structure of anaerobic landfill, the semi-aerobic landfill structure could accelerate the balance and stability process of leachate C(NH3-N), and the content of leachate C(NH3-N) was reduced effectively.

Abstract: This paper reports an simulation study to improve the shrinkage of plastic automobile part by optimizing the injection molding parameters using the Taguchi-TOPSIS method. The Reverse Engineering(RE) and rapid prototyping (RP) technique were used to modelling and createing a prototype model of plastic automobile part. Employing the finite element software, MoldFlow Plastic Insight, the effect of injection parameters on the warpage and shrinkage of plastic part were examined carefully. The simulation results show that Taguchi-TOPSIS method provided an outstanding result for the optimization of injection parameters to produce minimum volumetric shrinkage. The injection parameter of melt temperature was the most significant parameter that influences the warpage and volumetric shrinkage for plastic automobile part in this study.

Abstract: A simulation model of coupler based on spatial 7R mechanism is built up by using ADAMS. Kinematics and dynamics of the coupler are analyzed. Further analysis of the coupler stress during the coupler turning is conducted by ANSYS, which provides theoretical foundation for the design of the coupler. The analyzation of the kinematics and dynamics of the coupler by CAE simulation software lays a good foundation for the practical application and further analysis of the coupler.

Abstract: This article puts forward the method of failure mode’s risk assessment by using fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making theory that based on fuzzy theory, overcomes the risk assessment’s shortcoming during the process of using traditional FMECA technology, and then proves the method is scientific and reasonable based on the analysis and calculation of a certain type of marine submersible motor pump.

Abstract: The three-ring gear reducer (TRGR) is a novel type of planetary transmission device with few tooth difference, which has numerous advantages over traditional reducers, such as large transmission ratio, high loading capacity, compact volume etc, and it has been widely used in many fields. This article takes TRGR as research object,using computer software, carries on the structural design and the simulation research to it, simulation results compare with actual data. It has an important significance to the design calculations and structural optimization of the three-ring gear reducer.

Abstract: For the high and strict quality requirement in the manufacturing process of nuclear power parts, this paper is based on the combination of Statistical Process Control technology and the ERP quality management and control the production quality based on the control chart. PowerBuilder 9.0 and SQL Server2000 were used to design and develop the system while PowerBuilder 9.0 as front-end development tool and SQL Server2000 as back-end DBMS respectively. Firstly, collect the quality data of the production process (some important processes). Then, analysis these data and form control chart. Real-time monitor production process by the control charting to ensure the process is stability. Organic combination of SPC and ERP to improve and control the quality, not only enrich the analytical data of SPC, but also make up the ERP data to analysis and control quality data.

Abstract: Fuzzy C-Means(FCM) algorithm is one of the most popular methods for image segmentation, but it is in essence a technology of searching local optimal solution. The algorithm’s initial clustering centers are stochastic selection which causes it to depend on the selection of the initial cluster centers excessively. For this reason, fuzzy C-means cluster segmentation algorithm based on bacterial colony chemotaxis (BCC) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, initial cluster centers of FCM algorithm is get by BCC algorithm. Then, the images are segmented using FCM algorithm. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm used for image segmentation can segment images more effectively and can provide more robust segmentation results.

Abstract: Considering the logistics system time-varying characteristic, this paper establishes a distribution center dynamic programming model. The model is using improved D&O rules and branch and bound algorithm to list each phase alternative distribution center scheme, then solved by dynamic programming method, to find the optimal scheme of the whole planning period. Through example and contrast, prove this calculation algorithm is feasible and better.
