Abstract:

In the development of waste tire rubber powder processing, reasonable integral tyre cutting into several parts. Direct shearing tear into pieces the tire shear into a few cm irregular rubber block, on a steel belt layer and colloid separation. The free state of tires in the shear process of the rubber block with larger volume, the volume of the rubber block into the next procedure shear stress changes caused by large, beyond the motor power or drive belt slipping phenomenon, to mechanical operation and management inconvenience. The effective control from the tire shear rubber block size and volume can reduce the powder production process in electric power consumption. For the free shear tyre is difficult to guarantee the initial shear rubber block volume, used to control the cutting width can be achieved for the tire shear rubber block control.
