Abstract: When grinding the carbide insert with the abrasive wheel at high rotating speed, the accuracy of inserts is impacted by the changed size of abrasive wheel by the centrifugal force. This paper proposes a computing model of grinding location for insert, and giving an analysis of dynamic simulation of the abrasive wheel at high rotating speed. The analysis showed which the diameter of wheel is enlarged, and its axial size is indented. According to the result, some geometrical parameters offsets were afforded to realize to grind inserts accurately in the CNC grinding machine tool.

Abstract: In this paper, the model of EHPS is built on AMESim and MATLAB / Simulink software platform, co-simulation is carried out in the AMESim and Simulink integrated simulation environment with the use of fuzzy adaptive PID control strategy. The results show that EHPS mechanical dynamics model and control algorithm in the paper are correct.

Abstract: In view of the problems that multilayer stratified sampling and acidification-testing operations cannot be done in drill stem multilayer testing for open-hole wells, downhole tools for acidizing and testing were developed, stratified testing and sampling string, acidizing-testing string and their construction technology in open-hole wells were also studied. A set of technologies and equipment were provided for open-hole testing in exploratory wells. Field application shows the studying of drill stem stratified testing technology and related technological equipment can solve the problems existing in production, raise the working efficiency of open-hole testing, accelerate the speed of oil and gas exploration, and reduce the operating expenses.

Abstract: As the object of study, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) method was used for the Qingshan Lake ecological evaluation. The evaluation results show that the weights of evaluation indexes of the ecological service function is 0.64, the ecological protection function is 0.26, and the resources function is 0.1. The weight of homogenization flood function is 0.31. The weight of land resources function is 0.004. They are the maximum and minimum value in the single index divided. According to ecological evaluation criteria and standards for nature reserve, by calculating the comprehensive evaluation index(CEI=0.58) obtains the ecological quality grade is general.

Abstract: In order to confirm laser jamming effect on CCD detectors, experiment study on laser jamming CCD detectors was accomplished on axis and off axis. Pixel saturation threshold and saturation power density threshold were measured. Jamming image on axis was processed with computer. The relation curve was described between laser incident energy and CCD saturation area ratio. Jamming image off axis was also processed with computer. The relation curve was described between laser incident angle and CCD saturation area ratio. The experiment result shows that laser jamming CCD imaging guidance weapons is feasible.

Abstract: The influences of cooling rate, hydrogen inflating time, degassing time, inclusion content on the distribution of pores within the ingot , hydrogen content and the mechanical properties of 1050 aluminum alloy were investigated by tensile test, optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscope(SEM). With the increasing inflating hydrogen time, the hydrogen content increases, while, the strengths and elongation decrease. With the increasing degassing time, the hydrogen content decreases, while, the strengths and the elongation increase. With increasing cast temperature, the hydrogen content remains constant at first and increases obviously from 7200C to 7600C, while the strengths and the elongation decrease gradually. The crack is mainly originated at outcrop of slip step, inclusion and porosity.

Abstract: Based on power consume of inertia-deposition separation chamber is in the majority of pneumatic conveying system in 4ZTL-1800 rice combine harvester threshing prior to cutting, power consume of the chamber was studied by Jiang theory and G.Murphy-Jiang theory of similar theories. The experiment design on power consume of the chamber was based on the dimension analyses. The function about key parameters to affect the power consume were founded, and which can be used generally. The key parameters are the inlet pressure, the length, the height of the chamber and the length of the separation board. The result will benefit to further improve the structure to decrease power consume of the inertia-deposition separation chamber.

Abstract: In the complex high speed machining, the small segments approximated the contours curve are made up the machining path in order to satisfy the quality. It will cause break on the machine tool feed-rate, and due to limit of dynamic performance in each axis, the actual velocity will somewhat differ from the desire feed-rate, which will cause additional error on the contour. An actual feed-rate prediction model using the G-code generating from CAM system is presented in this paper, which the limits of velocities, acceleration, jerk and the case of velocity verify between segments are taken into account, the every axis actual speed and tool feed-rate, and points that programming feed-rate is not achieved in the region of its curvature mutations are calculated. The simulation results show the prediction model is efficient and can support the analysis on axis dynamic performance in high-speed machining.

Abstract: In this paper, B-type microcrystalline starch made a combination with hexanol in the case of water and alcohol as solvent respectively, V-type amylose-hexanol complexes were prepared. Obtained V-type amylose-hexanol complexes were characterized with scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, differential scanning calorimete. The results showed that using the preparation of water and alcohol solvents, obtained V-type amylose-hexanol complexes were hydrates and anhydrous crystal respectively. Hydrate crystal’s particles adhesion were serious, the particle diameter of anhydrous crystalline was 0.5~1μm, the crystallinity of both were above 70%. The V-type complexes prepared by aqueous solvent method and alcohol solvent method had almost the same melting temperature, the melting temperature of hydrates and anhydrous forms crystal were 70.7°C and 69.36°C.

Abstract: Proportional solenoid is the key component in electro-hydraulic proportional control systems. The static and dynamic performance of the proportional solenoid directly affects the control accuracy, response speed and reliability of the whole system. To test the static and dynamic performance of the proportional solenoid accurately, reliably as well as conveniently, an automatic test system with the combination of the sensor and control technology is developed in this paper. The entire system consists of mechanical structure which could position the proportional solenoid and adjust the displacement, the control and measurement part whose main function is to control the motion of the stepper motor ,set the drive current of the solenoid through the proportional amplifier and collect data. The experimental apparatus allows rapid switch between static test and dynamic test through two vertically-positioned pins and other accessories, which makes this test system different from the others. The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility and the rationality of the design.
