Research on Repeat Compensation Algorithm in the Servo System of CNC Machine Tools

Abstract:

The ideal control effect cannot be reached using the traditional PID control in AC servo system. A PID control programme with repeat compensation has been proposed. A new control structure based on repeating compensation has been improved and embedded in the traditional PID control. Tracking accuracy and response speed of AC servo system have been improved by the new control programme. Ant cyclical interference and control performance of system were higher.
