Analysis of Influencing Factors of Coal-Biomass Compound Briquets Combustion Characteristics

Article Preview

Abstract:

There are several factors which influence the combustion charateristics of coal-biomass compound brequet. In this study, the influence on coal-biomass briquets combustion characteristics of different factors were examined by orthogonal experiments, with volatile rate, burnout rate and combustion time as targets. The results showed that component of biomass and hearth temperature had significant influence, well variety of biomass and shaping pressure had slight influence to all targets. The results have theoretical worth to design and run boilers using coal-biomass compound briquets.
