Structure Optimization of Large-Diameter Percussive Drill

Article Preview

Abstract:

The second and the third end faces of the tube support plate of the large-diameter percussive drill are prone to fracture. The structure optimization of large-diameter percussive drill is carried out in this paper. The fully closed structure is turned into semi-closed structure. The reinforcing rib is arranged. With a drop test analysis, the optimized structure can effectively reduce the stress of the drill.
