Simulation of Design and Optimization of Local Oil Gas Ventilation Equipments with CFX

Article Preview

Abstract:

The paper focuses on studying the diffusion control of local oil gas in high-risk places. The industrial suction hood is applied to the design of local oil gas diffusion control device. According to the jet principle, the optimize design scheme of the flow channel toward suction inlet is put forward. Under a given refueling condition, the diameter parameter value of cover mouth of suction hood is defined through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) code CFX. Meanwhile, a qualitative discussion and quantitative analysis of the different effect of inhalation before and after optimizations are given in detail
