Abstract: The efficiency of manufacturing structural parts can be improved by using on-machine inspection system. It is difficult to separate the valid information from hundreds of points and correct the errors by rotating and translating the workpiece coordinate system directly, especially for five-axis CNC machines. In this paper, a practical method is designed to correct errors easily. By using the least square method, an error reference frame is constructed, and the relation between the compensation values and coordinates of the theoretical points is derived. An example of aircraft structural parts is presented to validate the design.

Abstract: In order to shorten manufacturing preparation time with making full use of web resource, a process equipment networked service platform (PENSP) based on SOA is proposed in the paper. At the same time, it is believed that this paper is helpful to build up a service-oriented enterprise (SOE). A novel classification of process equipment information management is put forward, namely, information service and knowledge service. Besides, public service is to support the safety of PENSP. Graphic elements (including point, line, circle, square and etc.) are described with XML in order to make it possible for heterogeneous drawing software to exchange data. At last, service granularity is discussed.

Abstract: In this paper, a management system for tools life cycle based on B/S architecture was established. First, tools were classified by applications and each individual was encoded by 13 numbers. An improved nixietube font as marking character was created. Then, a method of laser character marking on tool and a method of character distinguish were discussed in detail. At last, system function modules were designed. Finally, the work flow of system was introduced.

Abstract: In the nonlinear networked control system (NCS), the conventional control method is difficult to achieve good control performance, due to the nonlinear problem associated with the disturbance factors, such as network induced time delay and data packet dropout. Considering this situation, this paper is aimed to propose a nonlinear networked control system based on T-S fuzzy model, which does not rely on specific network parameters or mathematical model. The nonlinear problem and the uncertainties of network can be both processed by the designed fuzzy controller. Then this approach is applied to nonlinear motor servo system, simulation of the example model is implemented in Matlab/Simulink associated with True Time toolbox. The results show that the proposed method not only is convenient for modeling, but also upgrade the performance of control system.

Abstract: Suppliers have to pay a certain sum of money in order to enter into retailers’ sales area, which is a common way of transaction in the Market Economy, but some giant retailers take advantage of the sales channel resources they have possessed and charge unreasonable slotting allowances from suppliers for one reason after another, which damages suppliers’ legal rights and interests, disrupting the normal market trading order. To some extent, it even damages customers’ legal rights and interests, which does no good to the sustained and sound development of retailing business. Therefore, based on game theory, this paper analyzes some factors affecting slotting allowances so as to provide some theoretical proof to effectively regulate slotting allowances in circulation of goods and improve the relationship between suppliers and retailers.

Abstract: In this paper, we concentrate on the ontology-Based design knowledge modeling technologies for the construction machinery. For that, we study the ontology modeling theory, the representation of product design knowledge and the ontology modeling of design knowledge, etc. From the design knowledge management’s angle, design knowledge modeling approach is studied to support the design knowledge development, transfer and reuse for the construction machinery.

Abstract: The research of state-of-the-art bionics shows that teeth, claw and animal surface etc. of a lot of animals obtain perfect geometric shape and biologic-mechanical property after long evolutionary process. The paper was based on the bionic research of the incisor teeth of beaver. The point cloud of the incisor teeth was obtained by Reverse Engineering (RE) technology. And the curved surface of the incisor teeth was re-constructed by RE software to get its three-dimensional surface model. All of those research results will supply the base of bionic study to the optimization of the geometric shape and the mechanical property of cutting tools.

Abstract: Analyses the main methods of on-line detection technology in CNC system, and puts forward a method based on eddy current sensor. Because of the grinder’s special structure that different from the lathe’s, fixed the detection device on the Z axis with the cutter, which was proved available. Designed a new sensor structure and using impedance to analyze the signal and process, the experiments show that it has a high precision relatively. Programmed PC software in VB, through G code compiler, the PC can detect and control the system synchronously in the form of motion control card.
