Abstract: Multiple distributed generations construct the micro-grid system through the DC bus, each distributed generation has its own maximum power point, research on the method to improve the overall utilization of the DC bus. Discussed the micro-grid including solar photovoltaic and wind power generations, built the mathematical model of the two generations, used simulation methods to get the power output curve, proposed the improved MPPT method for the DC bus to obtain maximum power. Through micro-grid experimental platform, verify the method is effective to improve the energy utilization efficiency of the DC bus.

Abstract: According to the forming mechanism of biomass, straw lignin contained in the compression molding process will be softened by being squeezed and fractioned. The softened lignin binder plays a role in prompting the material forming. Using thermal analysis module of ANSYS simulation of the heating temperature within the epigenetic material distribution, this paper verifies temperature curing factors on the impact of biomass, deduces the biomass of the cross-section inferred lignin softening and melting conditions for the molding process, finally, it provides a basis to determine the parameters.

Abstract: In this paper, based on ANSYS the topology optimization design for high pressure storage tank was studied by the means of the finite element structural analysis and optimization. the finite element model for optimization design was established. The design variables influence factors and rules on the optimization results are summarized. according to the calculation results the optimal design result for tank is determined considering the manufacturing and processing. The calculation results show that the method is effective in optimization design and provide the basis to further design high pressure tank.

Abstract: First we introduce the history of group theory. Group theory has three main historical sources: number theory, the theory of algebraic equations, and geometry. Secondly, we give the main classes of groups: permutation groups, matrix groups, transformation groups, abstract groups and topological and algebraic groups. Finally, we give two different presentations of a group: combinatorial group theory and geometric group theory.

Abstract: This paper is based on digital image color information reproduction error in a different color gamut,Through the different color gamut mapping method, image processing software Photoshop is used to make experiment and to obtain the corresponding image effect. Using digital presses to print out and use Spectrodensitometer measure the corresponding data.Using Excel software for data processing and analysis, digital image color information of loss situation is obtained in RGB and CMYK color space, It can provide certain basis for control of the color loss.

Abstract: An ANN BP model is built to imitate the relative between output, the wear of hobbing cutter, and input, such as rotary speed of cutter, air flow, air jet speed, air temperature, situation of hobbing cutter and hardness of work piece. A program is compiled to extrapolate the total life of hobbing cutter based on the BP model. The conclusion can be obtained by the program about the total life of hobbing cutter in cryogenic cutting with MQL, as follow. When parameters vary in the given zone, air jet speed has the largest effect on the total life of hobbing cutter by 23.8%, and follows the air flow by 13.5%, and last is the air temperature by 4.4%.

Abstract: After being caught and filleted, fresh rice field eel fillets were impregnate with chitosan coating solutions, and then stored in modified atmosphere package (MAP) (60%CO2 + 40%N2) at 2 °C for up to 25 days to determine the chemical, biochemical and physical changes. Fillets were left untreated (CN), or were treated with chitosan coating (CC), or combined chitosan coating with MAP (CCM). Total plate count (TPC), trimethylamine (TMA-N), total volatile bases (TVB-N), pH, colour, water loss, colour changes and hardness were monitored periodically. The results indicated that coating and MAP treatments retard the decay of fish compared to untreated samples. CCM more efficiently inhibited the growth of TPC (2-2.6 Log reductions during Astorage) than did CN and CC. CCM treatments predominantly reduced chemical spoilage, reflected in TVB-N, pH, and TMA-N, retarded water loss and maintained colour and hardness.

Abstract: The current study discusses the surface finish of several common die materials, of which the screw-surface is finished by compound processes of electrochemical finishing and burnishing. The burnishing-tool uses ceramic material connected with the electrode and moves, following the electrode, to burnish the workpiece. In the experiment, the electrode is used with a continuous and pulsed direct current. The results show that the use of a higher rotational speed for the electrode and burnishing-tool is advantageous to the finish. A partial form with a thinner heavy section performs the best finish effect in the current investigation. Pulsed direct current can slightly improve the finish effect. The burnishing process can increase the finish effect. An effective and low-cost finish processes through burnishing assistance following electrochemical finishing after screw machining offers a fast improvement for the surface roughness of the screw-surface and is a new application in the screw finishing process.

Abstract: In recent years, thermal barrier technologies have become an important energy-saving for space heating and cooling of residential and commercial buildings in many countries. Building energy efficiency can be improved by implementing either active or passive energy efficient strategies. Improvements to heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems etc. can be categorized as active strategies, whereas, improvements to building envelope elements can be classified under passive strategies. Using cooling wall system and phenolic resin as thermal barrier are one of the effective passive strategies. Cooling wall system is composed of galvanized iron pipes located inside of walls. Fluid flows inside the pipes and then supply constant cooling temperature. In the study, system using of groundwater as renewable energy source for pipes cooling. The groundwater at depth of more than 5 meters below the surface has constant temperature year round. Lower temperature groundwater would cool the pipes of system by heat exchange process to achieve the cooling effect of wall. The phenolic resin is proposed as construction materials to use its thermal insulation property for developing a comfortable living and working indoor environment. The phenolic resin is an environmental friendly material, and an excellent thermal barrier. In this research, cooling wall system and phenolic resin were evaluated to reduce the thermal transfer from sunlight into the buildings, thus reducing the electricity consumption needs for air conditioning of the buildings.
