Abstract: In this experiment, do smell pine impregnated pressure experiments with small molecules phenolic resin. Prepare different small molecules and phenolic resin by orthogonal.Handle the specimens. Compare the treated material with the smell pine. The optimum condition is the temperature of 60°C, PVA: P (mass ratio) = 3%, P: F: NaOH (molar ratio) = 1:1.2:0.3, the absolute pressure 2.5 Mpa, the temperature of 120 °C hot 15 minutes under the conditions. While smell pine laminated veneer lumber bending strength increased 67.53%.

Abstract: In the process of scientific and technical awarding review each phase involves a lot of score information. In order to embody the fairness and impartiality of review process, the safety protection of score data is particularly important. Through the research of scientific and technical awarding review system’s characteristics, this paper adopts a tamper resistant technology suitable for the system to guarantee the security of the scores. Practice proves that the use of these techniques greatly enhance the security and stability of the system.

Abstract: In this study, the mesoporous silica material was hydrothermally synthesized from the rice husk ash of biomass energy industry with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB) as template agents. The structure and morphology of mesoporous silica material was investigated based on the analysis of X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 sorption/desorption (BET), Fourier transformation infra-red spectrum (FTIR). The results indicated that mesoporous silica material was successfully prepared by substituting rice husk ash for the traditional silica source of tetraethyl orthosilicate, and the mesoporous silica material displayed pore sizes in the 2-4 nm range with specific surface areas as high as 363 m2/g.

Abstract: This paper aims to research the method of rational designing the distance between steel wire rope and also to analyze and calculate the effect of transverse distortion during designing the size of forming rubber belt when the belt works. Finite element model was established to calculate the transverse distortion of forming rubber belt as the distance between steel wire rope increases. The results show that the transverse distortion of forming rubber belt will increase when the distance between steel wire rope increases. The variation curve of the transverse distortion of formative rubber belt and the distance between steel wire rope is also obtained. The conclusion is that the dimensional change of insulation board forming machine rubber belt has great effect on forming insulation board. The computational method in this text aims to help for correctly designing the size of forming rubber belt.

Abstract: The level and distribution of residual stresses have great impact on dimensional stability, while Vibratory Stress Relief (VSR) is an effective technology to relax or homogenize residual stresses. Experimental study on residual stresses distribution, residual strain energy and machining deformation of 7075 high-strength aluminum alloy thick plate under different aging process status shows that VSR can effectively decrease the amplitude and strain energy density, and enhance stability of dislocation structures and phase states in metal microscopic volume, then internal residual stresses are homogenized to enhance components’ anti-deformation capacity. In addition, the capability in maintaining dimensional stability from VSR is better than that from traditional mechanical stretching process

Abstract: The semisolid A356 alloy slurry was prepared by low superheat pouring and slightly electromagnetic stirring (LSPSES). The effects of frequency conversion on the slurry were researched for energy-saving. The results indicated that it was feasible to prepare the slurry with particle primary phases by LSPSES. The application of frequency conversion technique into the preparation of the slurry by LSPSES was favorable to satisfying the requirements of rheo-forming and reducing the energy consumption.

Abstract: Lactic acid bacterial play a important role in yogurt texture and gel quality. The performance of lactic acid bacteria starter directly affected the quality of yogurt. Exopolysaccharide (EPS)-producing LAB may improve the texture of fermented milks, depending on the strain. EPS production was found to have a major effect on the texture properties and gelation properties, but varying textures with EPS production, structure and interaction with milk proteins. Yoghurts fermented with EPS-producing cultures showed different mouth thickness and ropiness rheological parameters and varying syneresis and gel firmness. The mechanism that how the metabolic properties of EPS producing lactic acid bacteria affect the texture and gel quality of yogurt is reviewed in the article.

Abstract: The block copolymer solutions were prepared by dissolving polyethylene glycol/polybutylene terephthalate (PEG-b-PBT) with different intrinsic viscosities in chloroform. The composite ultrafine nanofibers of PEG-b-PBT and PEG-b-PBT-HA(hydroxyapatite) were obtained by gas-electrospun, and were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), horizontal attenuated total reflectance for Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (HATR-FTIR), dynamic contact angle measuring apparatus and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The gas-electrospun fibrous membranes, which were made of ultrafine fibers with average diameter 180-1200nm and well-interconnected pores, were possessed with high surface-to-volume ratio and excellent hydrophilicity. The above results strongly suggest that fibrous membranes combine advantages of synthetic biodegradable polymers and nanometer-scale dimension for mimicking the natural ECM, and may represent an ideal tissue engineering scaffold, particularly for soft tissue, such as skin and cartilage tissue engineering scaffold.

Abstract: nkjet paper coating is a porous coating getting from a mixture of pigments, adhesives and a small amount of additives by way of coating and drying. Coating structure is defined as the coating thickness, porosity, pore size and its distribution, the surface and internal distribution of coating components. In which, pore characteristic (such as porosity, pore shape, pore size and its distribution) play an important role in the decision of absorption and spreading of ink droplet on inkjet paper. The commonly used detection methods of coating microstructure include image analysis and various physical detection methods. This paper selected 4 inkjet papers, and the two image analysis methods (SEM and AFM) were used to measure the pore characteristic of the testing coating, and characteristics of the two methods were analyzed and compared. And AFM observation method is more suitable for testing pore characteristics of inkjet paper coating, as it could provide more information on the microscopic morphology and coating composition. In the study of the structure of the coating surface, SEM and AFM have their own strengths and complement each other.

Abstract: According to the widely existing job shop schedule with unrelated parallel machines in the actual manufacturing system, a static model with minimize makespan as optimization goal was established, considering precedence, machine-dependent and sequence-dependent setup times. Since basic ant colony algorithm usually has shortcomings such as long searching time, easy trapped into local optimal solutions, this paper puts forward a hybrid ant colony algorithm adopting elite strategy and maximum and minimum ant colony mechanism. Its performance is evaluated by comparing its solutions with genetic algorithm in the literature. The results indicate the proposed algorithm significantly outperforms the competitor.
