Abstract: Sulfonated β-cyclodextrin was synthesized with β–cyclodextrins (β-CD) and concentrated sulfuric acid. The molecular structure of sulfonated β-cyclodextrin was characterized by FTIR and 1H-NMR. The dispersing ability of sulfonated β-cyclodextrin was investigated using various characterization methods like paste fluidity, adsorption amount and zeta potentials measurements. The results show that compared with sulphonated naphthalene based superplasticizer (NPS), the fluidity of cement paste dosage with sulfonated β-cyclodextrin is 248 mm, the zeta potential value changes from 11.5 mV to-19.6 mV with the concentration of sulfonated β-cyclodextrin increasing from 0 to 15 g/L and the maximum adsorption amount is 20 mg/g. Meanwhile, FTIR and 1H-NMR results indicate that the sulfonic groups were grafted successfully on the molecular chain of the β-CD.

Abstract: The emerge of urban water conservancy was an intrinsic demand for the water conservancy development in the new historical background,which is the inevitable outcome of the development of the city.At present,on the contrary to the sustainable development strategy,there are a number of problems exist in China's urban water conservancy,which is not only a waste of resources, but also seriously affected the normal life of residents. By analysising the problems that exist in reality, the author propose some recommendations about building a sustainable urban water conservancy,and expect the attention to related departments.

Abstract: This paper deals with the Job Shop Scheduling Problem with the minimization of makespan as the objective. A novel meta-heuristic named imperialist competitive algorithm (ICA) is adopted to solve the problem. Since appropriate design of the parameters has a significant impact on the performance of the algorithm, the parameters were chosen based on orthogonal test. A local search strategy based on critical path and critical block was used to improve the performance of the algorithm. At last the algorithm was tested on a set of standard benchmark instances, and the computational results showed that the algorithm proposed performed well in both convergence rate and better global optima achievement.

Abstract: VIP (Vacuum insulation panel), as a high performance insulation component, combine with limited thickness, have recently been introduced to numerous energy conservation applications. VIP consists of a highly insulating core material and a gas tight barrier envelope which is generally composed of plastic film and aluminum film. When the envelope is stainless steel sheet, VIP is called VIS (vacuum insulation sandwich). Because of this hardly permeable rigid barrier, VIS presents more fantastic properties such as resistance against external mechanical loads and penetration of atmospheric gases and water vapor. Consequently, the service life of VIS is significantly longer than that of VIP. Detailed structure and some practical applications of VIS elements are also reviewed in this paper.

Abstract: Utilizating of tube-well irrigation, the technology of aquifer thermal energy storage (ATES) store rich cold energy in winter and cheap warm energy in summar into aquifers seasonally. In this paper, taking Sanhejian Coal Mine as an example, we discuss that with the same pumping and irrigation flow in doublet wells, distribution and change of temperature field in aquifers both at the end of energy storage and after the period of no pumping and no irrigation. The simulation results of aquifer temperature field show that 2~10°C water body of aquifers is decreasing in the period of no pumping and no irrigation, but it is only a small reduction with a stable trend. And after the period of no pumping and no irrigation, about 11°C water body of aquifers stores steadily in the aquifer, so the selected aquifers is suitable and its effect of energy storage is good.

Abstract: The 3D model of cylinder head and cooling water channel is built in the Pro / E software, the channel model is trimmed and divided to get the grid correspond with the computational requirements in the ICEM CFD, the fluid solving parameters and boundary conditions and other related information is set in the CFX software, the solid domain and the coupling parameter is set in the ANSYS MFX module, then the temperature field of cylinder head and waterways, wall convection heat transfer coefficient and other information is got. The overall design’s rationality can be known from the temperature field, but between two outlets of the cylinder head, the highest temperature of the cooling water is 363K, it can be known from the flow of the cooling water that this part is not easy to be cooled, further improvement of the cylinder head structure should be made to improve the cooling effect of cylinder head.

Abstract: It was calculated contact deformation of ball screw respectively by hertz theory and finite element method, and analyzed the influencing factors. It is found that as the gradually increasing of ball screw load, axial deformation is also increasing gradually,and its deformation gradually smooths. As the increasing of lead angle, deformation of ball screw is gradually decreasing. As the increasing of contact angle, deformation of ball screw is gradually decreasing. Finite element calculated results are in good agreement with the theoretical results,and the error is gradually increasing with the increase of the nut load.The reason is that turning of ball is not fixed in the roller path,and along with the increase of the load, the contact point position is constantly changing among ball,leading screaw and nut.

Abstract: Improving part quality during rapid prototyping is the important problem. The part errors during rapid prototyping is classified in dimension error, shaped error and roughness of surface. The shaped errors have many forms in fused deposition modeling (FDM), largely including warpage deformation, stair-stepping effect, and so on. There are several reasons for the errors, including principle, process and equipment. The reasons inducing these errors are analyzed, and the measures improving part accuracy are proposed

Abstract: The stability of slurry has a great effect upon the stability of polishing quality. At present the slurry of CMP includes SiO2 is applied in different fields respectively. But silicon sol is not enough to meet the requirement of CMP because of its instability. So the stability of silica sol is studied in this paper. It is known that the rate of coagulation depends mainly on the stability of the colloidal particles and that the solution pH and potential are the main factors affecting the colloidal stability. The stability of dispersion (the ability of the dispersion to resist coagulation) may be related to its kinetic stability, which in turn depends on the force barrier preventing collision between the particles and thus preventing their coagulation. The addition of surfactant can change the pH and the potential of silica sol. So o-20、JFC and PEG are selected to improve the stability of silica sol. The results presented here show that surfactant, PEG with low molecular weight, has a strong consequence on the stability of silica dispersion.
