Abstract: During the process of deep drilling with high temperature and high pressure, downhole drilling tools might be exposed to various corrosive mediums, such as water/oil-based drilling fluid systems, dissolved oxygen, H2S/CO2, halogen elements (Cl- and Br-), etc. Halogen elements existing in the drilling fluid are ions promoting corrosion of metals. This effect is mainly manifested in the forms of uniform corrosion, pitting corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, etc. of carbon steel. Quality of the drill pipe is determined by the DP body, joint and welding area of the drill pipe. Reasonable friction welding process and proper post weld heat treatment can make the mechanical property of weld joint satisfy related standards. If process of friction welding or post weld heat treatment is improper, the weld joint will be easily damaged and accidents of pricking, breaking, etc will be likely aroused. This paper carries out an evaluation experiment of chloride cracking on the DP body, joints and weld joints of the high-strength drill pipe (S135) and discusses corrosion of the high-strength drill pipe caused by chloride ions.

Abstract: Based on the natural element method (NEM), which is a kind of meshless method, a two-dimensional numerical simulation method is developed and applied to the analysis of overall elastic moduli and fracture of solids. The calculated results are compared with the experimental solutions for overall elastic moduli, fracture and stress-strain curves for two, three and four graded concrete with FEM solutions in plane. The numerical results show the presented method is easy to implement and very accurate, especially for solving the problems of crack propagation.

Abstract: Microcapsules containing paraffin phase change materials with MMA-MAA copolymer shell were synthesised by in situ polymerization. The Structure, diameter, encapsulation ratio of paraffin and thermal properties of the prepared microcapsules were investigated by using FTIR, ELS particle size analyzer, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermogravimetic analysis (TGA). This encapsulated phase change paraffin could have good potential for energy storage.

Abstract: Using CFD to simulate the flow field of impinging jet mixer in polyurea spraying gun,discussing the process of the spraying and jointing of the mixer after studying the profile of velocity and pressure.Spraying and jointing are available for the nozzle by changing the inlet pressure, the export velocity is slow under low pressure, so the outburst changes into a stream of flow and the jointing function is realized;while the export velocity is fast when the pressure is high,so the flow spray out to realize the spraying function.The distribution of the pressure and velocity within the mixer is extremely uneven,this is helpful for part A and part B mixing in the mixer.

Abstract: nanoPd nanoparticles were prepared using ultrasonic irradiation in the PdCl2/H2O/EtOH solution by the addition of a quantity of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) and sodium dodecyl sulfonate (SDS) . The products were characterized by XRD、TEM and low temperature nitrogen adsorption-desorption. The effects of the composition of CTAB and SDS on the growth morphology of palladium nanoparticles were investigated. The results indicate that the size and morphology of the nanoPd particles were controllable by adjusting the ratio of CTAB and SDS. The polygonal nanoPd particles with a distributed size of 10-20 nm were obtained when the molar ratio of CTAB:SDS was 1:1 and the reaction time was 60min. The nanoparticles obtained by addition of two surfactants (CTAB and SDS) increased the BET surface area by 14 m2∙g-1 compared to that obtained without surfactant.

Abstract: Excision rate was fitted and predicted via building on cutting parameters affecting cutting machining process with Optimization-Making RBF (OMRBF) Neural Network. Radial basis function was made to select the best optimized distribution density in order to advance the fitting and forecasting capability of RBF. The result of OMRBF was compared with BP Neural Network’s, what showed that the fitting and forecasting accuracy of OMRBF was much higher than BP Neural Network’s.

Abstract: BP neural network model was developed for prediction of the flexural properties of Al2O3 ceramic prepared by centrifugal slip casting. In this paper, the model can well reflect the relationship between the process parameters including solid content of Al2O3 ceramic slurries (w), centrifugal acceleration (v), sintering temperature (T) and flexural properties of sintered products including fracture strength ( ) and fracture toughness (KIC). According to the registered BP model, the effects of w, v and T on and KIC were analyzed. The predicted results agree with the actual data within reasonable experimental error, which shows that the BP model is a practically very useful tool in the flexural properties prediction of the Al2O3 ceramic prepared by centrifugal slip casting. The system reduces the time required for planning and optimizing of centrifugal process parameters.

Abstract: Strip casting of Al-25%Si strip was tried using an unequal diameter twin roll caster. The diameter of the lower roll (large roll) was 1000mm and the diameter of the upper roll (small roll) was 250mm. Roll material was mild steel. The sound strip could be cast at the speeds ranging from 8 m/min to 12 m/min. The strip did not stick to the roll without the parting material. The primary Si, which existed at centre area of the thickness direction, was larger than that which existed at other area. The size of the primary Si was smaller than 0.2 mm. Eutectic Si was smaller 5μm. The as-cast strip was ranging from 2mm to 3mm thick and its width was 100mm. The as-cast strip could be hot rolled down to 1mm. The hot rolled strip was cold rolled. The primary Si became smaller and the pore occurred around the primary Si after the rolling.

Abstract: Kinmen Island has been removed the views of military victory and the military control, such as cross-strait reconciliation period of withdrawal of the people such as Kinmen residents, foreign nationals, Chinese nationals, Taiwan aborigines, and younger generation in Kinmen Island, etc. Moreover, Kinmen has been generating political recognition and qualitative change from the post-modernist re-interpretation of modernism in the international orientation. Historical research methods, action research, knowledge management, the concept of national defense education structure proposed the image of construction of Kinmen Military Museum and corrected with the nature of present sightseeing tour like abandoned military static display of feel-good impression, the proposed construction of the North Nancy tourist routes, the 3D multimedia show, the development of Kinmen overview. Kinmen attractions with RFID or smart mobile phone to broadcast system explain tourism standardization. The goal of the MRT journey is supplemented by the tour guide to accompany the details of individuals, to upgrade the standard of tourism on the ground of accelerated integration of the national culture, to create both China and Taiwan residents the goal of permanent peace.

Abstract: Plaster of Pairs is a common used implanting material. However, its rapid degradation or drug releasing rate as a bone filler or drug carrier does not meet the requirement of clinic application. In this paper, plaster of Pairs bone fillers loaded with drug was prepared and their degradation and the drug release period were adjusted by coating their surface with polymers. The results show that the structure of coatings can effectively control the degradation period of the bone fillers, and consequently the drug release rate.
