The Practice and Exploration of "Order-Style" School-Enterprise Cooperation Training Personnel Mode - A Case in Point is Shanghai Communications Polytechnic

Abstract:

This article has introduced the practice and exploration of "Order-Style" school-enterprise cooperation training personnel mode in Shanghai Communications Polytechnic. We analysis the background of highly skilled personnel training mode and the case of ASEP program. We draw a conclusion that the "Order-Style" school-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode is a rather effective way in the vocational education.
